Location location location! Walked off of deck and onto beach easily. Very clean and kitchen well stocked - Beds comfortable, too. Great communication from host and easy to contact for information. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Everything was wonderful but it could’ve been more clean. Just little things like there being hair all over the shower wall that was not ours. Overall the up keep could be better. But it’s such a beautiful condo in the perfect location!

This property was exactly as advertised! The property management company was very helpful and the beach chair service was fantastic! The home had everything you could possibly need on vacation and the private beach was quite even on a holiday weekend. Can’t wait to visit again.

Perfect location right on the water. Plenty of room for everyone and the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was so nice! Just be prepared for stairs……lots of stairs! The home is 3 floors but you also have to walk up a flight of stairs just to enter. 2 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 bedrooms on the third floor. Having beach chairs and umbrellas included with rental was such a nice feature! There were also additional chairs and floats in the garage of unit for use. Very nice place. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Destin.

Great stay, great location. My only complaint is that initially they don’t let you check in until 5:00 but the day before you get an option to check in by noon for an additional 150 and the day before check out, they hit you up for another 150 if you want a late check out, just leaves you feeling a little taken advantage of. Otherwise we were very pleased

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

Gorgeous home right on the beach! Also next door the Back Porch where we enjoyed drinks & lunch. Beach chairs were provided every day but it was a little too windy when we were there. We enjoyed our stay and the view!

Lovely in all aspects

This property is as advertised. It is directly on the sands of the Gulf. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Being that we visited in February there were some chilly mornings and evenings but we were still able to sit on any one of the three decks to enjoy the sun. The host was extremely responsive even for silly detail questions that we had. We would definitely visit here again.

Amazing property!

We had the absolute best time at this property! The location was amazing, the house was stunning and the walk out to the beach was easy and super convenient. We have been to Destin 3 times and will be staying here each time moving forward!

Beautiful Beach Property

The house was so wonderful!! Exceeded our expectations. The location and views were amazing. The house was super clean, had large rooms, great views, balconies, and the beach was literally at our back door! We will make this a yearly trip! I can’t recommend it enough! Check in was easy and the management was great!!! They even setup your beach chairs and umbrellas everyday. Honestly, book it. You won’t regret it!!

A thousand times YES!

This beach house location allowed us the privacy of a home - while placing us in walking distance to all the fun! The rooms were large and beautifully decorated- with lots of beds and bathrooms for a family! Everyone commented on how comfy the beds were- and we know that’s important! Each morning we had our coffee on the deck and enjoyed the beachfront view while our umbrellas and chairs were placed for us! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home! A thousand times YES to recommend this beach house!
