Great property to stay

Evething was exactly as described in the details of the property. Easy checking in and out. Only problem we had was getting the gate code to the gated community at first and getting in touch with someone. Overall great stay.

Loved this property!

We absolutely loved the property and definitely will revisit. The only downside concern was that I did not receive check in instructions with gate code, etc. Location was great, the private pool was amazing, and tons of room for everyone to spread out!

House was nice

The house was very nice In having our own pool was also very nice period the only issue that we had was there were 3 couples and only 2 bedrooms that could sleep couple. the pictures and the description made it look like there were 2 living rooms with pull out couches when in reality there was only one and the other pull out couch was in the sun room. There would have been no way for someone toutside in the sunroom because there were no shades or blondes. When we called the property manager Michael to make him aware of the situation he informed us that was not the verbage of the description and we should have looked at it more closely. He stated that those pictures and the property description had not been changed in 3 years and they were not responsible and he was not going to talk to me with me while i was upset. Then he hung up on me. He made me feel like he was going to ask me to leave so i dropped the issues. I called to report the busted drawer, and cabinet but no one answered or called vack. There was a Busted drawer in the refrigerator and a broken cabinet in the kitchen. There was also dead cockroaches under the couches and by the windows that we swept up. I liked the home but will probably consider using anther property management company in the future. This will not be my last time to Destin!

I love Destin

This house was beyond gorgeous. Very close to the water. The pool was spectacular. Everything was great. I would definitely recommend if you ever plan on vacationing in Destin.

Great Stay

The location of the house was perfect, and the pool was wonderful. Plenty of space in the house for everyone. Easy trips to the beach. About a 10 minute drive to Publix, and maybe 15 to Destin Boardwalk. Great area, with the neighborhood behind so safe. Would stay here again for sure. House was everything we had hoped and the property manager was very responsive with any questions we had.

Beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Will definitely stay here again. Great location to the beach and easy to get to restaurants and shopping. The pool was a great asset as well

Nice House with Pool- NEED NEW FURNITURE

The house is in a nice neighborhood and is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The furniture is so badly stained that I went out and bought beach towels to cover it because my guests or I did not want to sit on it. Very embarrassing! The Bunk beds need new mattresses. Everyone was complaining about their backs that slept on them. There were no sheets left for the sleeper sofa. The house needs new pots and pans and basics to make guests comfortable. The pool is nice but it needs lots of work inside . It cost me $3000 for 4 days. Ridiculous.

Great property but maintenance needed

Overall a great property but had some major issues with the toilets flooding multiple times and did not get resolved. Some cabinet doors were broken and the house needs some maintenance overall. Great property and pool but needs a little TLC.

Good location, inconvenience from management

The location and privacy of this property was amazing! However we had 10 people staying in the property, there weren’t enough towels, there were no bed sheets provided for the sleeper sofa( we had to go buy some). We ran out of toilet paper in the first day and had to buy more. Along with management, the communication was terrible! I asked about the sheet and got no response, and the second day in we could get back into the gates because the codes changed and it took HOURS for them to reply, we had to wait for another member to let us in. The house was incredibly hot, along with other our other things we had to buy we had to purchase fans to stop of from sweating while sleeping. I would rent another property, but in the same location.

Great house! Needs upgrade on furniture and kitchen pots and pans.

Great neighborhood and close to beach!! It didn’t smell good there’s was trash on the bins so the garage smell bad and the couches were old and have stains, pots and pans were not in good condition.

Nice Place

This is in a really nice, gated neighborhood. The house is near the entrance on the beach side. It is about a 5 minute walk there. It is very convenient driving distance to Destin Commons, other shopping, and many restaurants.

Beautiful home

We loved the property! The house was great, lots of space! A few things that would have made the stay even better would be: new cookware, new/more pillows, and add some beach chairs! Other than that we loved the property and a close walk to the beach, when you want to switch from the pool!

Great House

This house is truly beautiful and is even better than shown in the pictures. Spacious and open with plenty of room for all of us and then some. The private pool was just the right size for us to enjoy. Overall a great experience and we would be happy to book here again. We had an issue with the garbage not being taken out prior to our arrival and left in the garage, so the house smelled bad upon arrival, but other than that we were pleased with our stay.
