About the Community/Property:
East Pass Towers is the signature property of the Destin Harbor and is a private gated community on the end of the island making it a peaceful retreat while being close to the attractions of Destin. Our building includes a heated oceanfront pool, hot tub, private beach, and outdoor grilling area. The beach couldn't be more accessible, as it is right next to the community pool!
Immediately adjoining our building you can take a walk in the sand to watch the pelicans and herons or take a swim in the ocean. Longer walk/jog trail starts at the front of our building and take you to the miles of sugar white sand of the main Destin beach.
Take a water taxi from our marina (or a 3 min drive) to the harbor which offers some of the best eateries and bars in Florida. Here you can also watch the largest fishing fleet in Florida sail by or rent Pontoon boats, jet skis, fishing boats or take a dolphin cruise. If you are bringing your own boat you can also rent a boat slip at the East Pass Yacht Club or you can charter Happy Hour, our 63' Euro-Yacht. 🏖️ Beach Access Details • Norriego Point Beach Access, right at the end of Gulf Shore Drive, is the most direct public access to the beach from your condo  . • This spot features sugar-white sand, a peaceful atmosphere, and views of the East Pass waterway . • You can walk straight from the condo onto the beach—it's literally adjacent: no cross-street navigation required

Parking:
Guests may park up to two vehicles. There is one parking spot in the underground garage area; there is a 2nd parking spot outside.
The following policies enforced by East Pass Towers help ensure only authorized guests are using community parking and amenities:
Parking pass: • All guest vehicles must display a valid parking pass at all times while on property. Guest parking pass is located inside the unit. •The pass must clearly show your unit number and departure date. Blank parking passes are not valid. • Vehicles without properly filled out valid passes will be towed at the owner's expense — no exceptions.
Wristbands: • All guests are required to wear wristbands while on the property. Two wristbands are located inside the unit. • Wristbands are needed to access the pool, fitness center, beach, grill areas, and other amenities. • If you leave the property on foot, you'll need your wristband to reenter. Reservation confirmation may be required at the gate. • If lost, there is a $25 replacement fee (per wristband).

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

The place had a terrible smell, someone left bloody toilet paper on the bathroom counter in the small bathroom and the mater bath and bedroom was full of mosquitoes!!

This property is located in a great place for convenience to Destin. The condo its self was decorated nicely and had a good view. The first thing I noticed upon entering the condo, was the stuffiness and temperature. The air was reading 75 degrees and was set on 66. The air conditioning was blowing but not cooling the condo. The owner had a rolling portable air conditioner in the living room, two fans in the guest room and three fans in the master. Even though we used all of the fans and the portable AC, the condo never cooled off and hot air just blew around. I contacted maintenance on the first night and he didn’t fix the unit. I contacted the owner on the third night because it was so hot we couldn’t stand it. The owner said he would consult with the team and get back to me. I have not heard from the owner again. I couldn’t imagine if I had rented this in the summer. There’s no way someone could tolerate the humidity, smell and heat. I would not stay here again unless the air was fixed.
