Enjoy a partial Gulf view from the front deck, while the back overlooks one of the resort`s five pools, perfect for both morning coffee and evening relaxation.

This thoughtfully designed studio features a queen Murphy bed that easily tucks away to open up the living space, along with a pull out sofa, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. The open layout includes a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting living area, ideal for easy beach living.

Located just a three minute walk to the beach and the Sand Flea Beach Bar, you are steps from both the sand and a laid back beachside atmosphere. While there is no washer and dryer inside the unit, one of the on site laundry rooms is just steps away for added convenience.

This unit welcomes pets, specifically cats and dogs weighing less than 30 pounds, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet plus tax.
Sandpiper Cove also collects a $10 per pet fee upon arrival.
Up to date vaccination records are required at check in.
While dogs are welcome throughout the community, they are not permitted on the beach. Please note that no beaches in Destin or Okaloosa County allow pets.

-We do not hold keys to mailbox units and cannot guarantee the delivery of packages or mail during your stay. We highly recommend not sending mail or packages to the property.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection. This unit does not come with beach service. Although you can purchase beach service at the beach for an additional fee.
-You will receive a door code via email within 48 hours of check-in, ensuring a contactless and convenient check-in experience. Arrive by car or plane. If arriving by plane, your closest airport is Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS). The nearest private airport is Destin Executive Airport (DTS). Uber or Lyft are the best options for transportation to resort if you are flying.
