Our stay was absolutely great! We really enjoying everything. We had access to a private part of the beach with beach service daily. Highly recommend!

I wish I had paid better attention and knew what beach service for 2 meant. Would have loved to sit in those chairs under an umbrella!

Very nice!!! Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Loved it being pet friendly and very accessible to the beach. Will definitely be back

This is a nice one bedroom. The bed and bedding are great. We loved the outlet on top of the headboard makes it great to plug up your Phone & watch! Kitchen is well stocked … we didn’t cook but used the coffee pot & refrigerator. Bathroom is a bit dated but shower worked great. We brought our dogs. Very easy in & out to let them potty. We’d stay here again.

Inaccurate listing of how close it was to the beach. It was on the back side of the resort requiring you to drive your vehicle to the beach. The only reason I chose it was it being a 2 minute walk to the beach. It was not. Lacked basic supplies such as enough toilet paper, washcloths, no tissues or paper towels. Bed was comfortable and bedding adequate. While running the vent and taking a shower the breaker for the bathroom tripped. Overall the unit needs new rugs, updating.

Winter get away

Very nice and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach if you wanted to walk.it was also easy buy car we did both.Definitely would stay again.

First trip to Destin

We had a wonderful stay in Destin. The condo was clean, quiet and well equipped. The property was beautiful and the beach was amazing. We really enjoyed the beach service that was included.

Great stay!

Loved the property but was under the impression, when booking, that it was entirely a beachside resort. It was fine and was an amazing vacation.

Beach getaway

We were looking for a house or condo walking distance to the beach and close to other activities and found just that! Cute place with lots of amenities. Love the private beach and golf course on property. We'll definitely be back!

While the unit itself was nice and matched the interior photos but the property listing was very misleading as it indicated the unit was "on the beach". The unit is exactly 0.6 miles from the beach.

We loved staying here, everything was great!! The hosts were very responsive whenever we had any questions. The location was perfect, we were super close to bars, restaurants, shopping and more. We also loved having the golf course & the pools right at the condo complex. The map on VRBO does not show the correct location of this condo, it is not right on the beach like it shows that it is, but it is not far at all, it is easily walkable and drivable! Other than that slight confusion while I was booking this condo, everything was perfect, we will definitely be staying here again!

Great condo for a quick trip!

Overall the condo was great! Was a little shocked with the tub and shower as it looks like it’s from the 70’s and has carpet on the front of it but the rest of the condo was beautiful! Beds could definitely be bigger for how many it sleeps but the of us 2 were fine. It’s great for a short trip! It’s not beach front like the listing says but it was a beautiful property and would stay there again!

Terrible communication

Tried several times to get questions answered before stay with very late unhelpful response through email and no return phone call. Overall sub par condo. Needs some repair work and some info for newbies would have been nice. Passcode for door was wrong. Will not stay here again.

Amazing condo and incredible customer service! The condo is located directly on hole 9 and a few yards from a pool. There is a heated pool at hole 2 so just a short walk over. We were about a 10 min walk from the beach (with the 2 littles in tow, a little shorter with only adults). Tennis and pickle ball courts were only 3-4 min walk, if that and same distance to Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant. Highly recommend the Sand Flea beach restaurant for breakfast tacos and shrimp/fish tacos. It was some of the best food we’ve ever had.Condo was very clean and sofa bed was shockingly comfortable. The pictures are a little outdated on the site, there is a sofa bed and 2 chairs, not a love seat as pictured. They had bedding for the sofa bed and several pillows available. There isn’t a fan in the living room so they’ve also provided a portable fan located in the bedroom closet that was great to have. One day it rained and upon contacting the company regarding another question, they brought over gift baskets for our kids, packed with toys. Incredible customer service! free beach service was provided and was so nice. All we had to do was let the beach service know when we arrived to the beach each day and they would reserve the chair for us. Chairs are first come first serve so if you want premium spots go reserve early. They also had 2 boogie boards available. Overall it was an amazing experience and will check for availability here anytime we decide to come back to Sandpiper.
