Wonderful Stay with Adult Family

The property is very nice and clean. Unlike some places we have stayed at in the past in Destin, this property was very clean, and well maintained. The unit was wonderful and we had everything you could expect from a VBRO property. Beds were great and the unit was very comfortable for 7 adults. The pool and beach access was great. We really enjoyed the use of the extra amenities such as the Pickleball and Basketball Courts. We will absolutely be returning to this property.

Girls trip - gorgeous place

Lots of amenities and such a beautiful place. Front guard sent us to the wrong place to get our bands/badges, but luckily found the right place to check-in. Such a comfortable place to relax, see the sunset and even walk to dinner

Spacious renovated condo

Condo was very nice, clean and spacious for family of 5. The view was gorgeous. Loved having two king beds that were both comfortable. The sofa and chairs are starting to show wear, but still better than most. The aircraft noise from the nearby executive airport is loud at times, but we got used to it. We would stay again at this rental.

Destin Condo

The entire stay was awesome! The process for checking in and checking out was streamlined and easy. From parking to the elevator to the room was a super short and convenient trip. The condo itself was great. It’s updated and super clean. The view was gorgeous! The pool area is huge and awesome, and it’s about a 30 second trip to get to it. The beach is white sands and is about another 45 seconds past the pool. We went towards the end of summer into fall, and it wasn’t crowded at all. We loved our stay, and we couldn’t think of any negative things to say about the place.

Perfection

The condo was extremely clean and very welcoming. The view was amazing and the property was pristine. Staff was very nice and helpful with all instructions. Our trip was perfect and we will definitely want to go back.

Property inside and out was beautiful! Parking pools and beach was easily accessible! Did have dryer issue-put in a work order and was told it was fixed..it wasn’t. Kitchen sink kept backing up. Didn't wanna spend the whole time on the phone with work orders. But overall great place!

Very nice place! Would stay again!

Very nice place. The views and amenities were very nice. Just a few suggestions. We had some issues with one of the toilets. it didn't flush well and I had to plunger the toilet three times. The serviceman was out twice. They said they adjusted the toilet and left. May want to invest in stronger toilets. It was great to have a washer and dryer but the dryer didn't dry well. We had to wash our beach towels every day and could only dry two at a time, so this process took longer than expected. Was told in the listing that there were 2 beach chairs for us to use. I found them in the utility closet and they were kid-sized. Would be nice to have the chairs on the beach that they setup each day included in the rental. On the last day the TV was on when we came back from dinner (we didn't leave it on) and then it wouldn't work after that, like someone had the same frequency as out remotes? Overall I would stay here again. The pools, hot tub and location were perfect. So close to everything you need.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated beachfront condo. We went during November offseason and there was some window cleaning inconveniences but the property managers were very accommodating. I can see how this is a prime location in the summer months and will try to come back again then.

Beautiful location, but few things could change

My family (2 adults +3 kids) and my husband’s mother and brother all stayed in this condo. Having a pool and the beach so close to the property was an extreme plus for us! The views were beautiful and very memorable. Condo facility seemed to be maintained appropriately. Maintenance done daily to pick up after everyone had gone in for night. Although, a few things stood out that left a sour taste just based on the amount of money we spent to stay there. 1. Master bathroom shower had mold. I know we’re close to the beach, but even our hotel shower was WAY CLEANER! Taking a Clorox wipe to wipe down around door hinges and spraying to clean down below where the soap and shampoo ledge are is not difficult. I’m sure having a hand held shower head would be useful with cleaning. 2. One of our guests was handicapped. The condo was not advertised as accessible, but this comment is more about what you all could do to make this condo better. Maybe not using rain shower head on the wall? If your going to use rain heads, mount from the ceiling. There was not a lot of water pressure so while we used our own handicapped shower chair, it was difficult to rinse off. Hand held shower heads would be better. It could also allow for better cleaning (see above comment). 3. I know it’s a rental, but can you maybe spend a few more $$ on utensils that feel sturdy when cooking? Pots and pans were decent, but I did want to use silverware on your nonstick coated pans. I was really trying to be respectful for what you all had there. 4. It was so nice the condo came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella that were set up daily by 9am. What stunk was we were not aware we were not allowed to use our own beach umbrellas. Don’t pack them if you have them. You’ll have to pay more money a day to rent additional chairs and such. They got real snooty with us when the we tried to use the umbrella on the rented motorized beach chair for our handicapped guest. Seriously, don’t you all think handicapped people have more to deal with then having to use color specific beach umbrellas?! 5. Floors were a bit dirty. Kitchen faucet could use a good cleaning. Also, may need to have the dryer vent cleaned. Took a while to dry clothes. Again, we knew this place was not handicapped accessible. We came prepared to to offset what was not offered. This place was nice, but for the price I just wish I didn’t feel like I had to clean it before use.

Dreaming on the Gulf

This is a lovely condo. It slept 8 people and an infant in the enormous master closet. Master bed ridiculously high so us very mature adults slept in the guest bedroom with the “normal” height king size bed and missed the view of the Gulf from the bedroom. Kitchen amazingly equipped. We cooked all of our meals—from BBQ Shrimp to dirty rice. Balcony had perfect view of the water. Fun adventure after covid lockdown!!!

Beautiful condo

This condo is tastefully decorated with beach shabby chic decor and the view from the balcony is stunning! The beach is turquoise blue and has powder white sand. We had coffee every morning on the balcony and spent each day at the beach and pool. Beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. Walking distance to a beachfront restaurant and not a far Uber from restaurant row and the harbor. We will definitely return!!

Great location and great property

Stayed for a week with my sister and my son's family...perfect location, weather was great, property was overall great---few MINOR tweaks such as better pots/pans needed and knives for cooking as we stayed in mostly due to this pandemic. Property was comfortable and clean and other than those very MINOR things great!
