This is the second time we stayed at this property. First time was 3 years ago. The property is well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. We will consider staying there again if we return to Destin. We had a wonderful time!

Great time had by all.

House and pool were beautiful, very accommodating for a large family. We loved having the golf cart for short drives to the beach, and our small issue was resolved quickly by the owner. Lovely family vacation spot!

Wonderful location. Although the house was in a close neighborhood the shrubs made it feel more private. Just minutes to walk across to the beach. My family loved the house and pool.

Loved everything about this home!

The home was so spacious, clean, modern and loved by our entire family! Loved the pool! And it's so close to everything! The beach, shopping and restaurants. We're from Missouri and this is the first time we've stayed at this home. We will definitely try to stay there again!

The house and pool were nice. The beds were very comfortable. Having the golf cart was fun. The two couches in the living room were trash. Any time we texted a concern someone got right back to us. I would stay there again if the living room furniture was replaced

A wonderful week

This is third year we have stayed at this property. I am always so pleased with the cleanliness of the entire house. I appreciate that each year there are obvious upgrades done to the furnishings which keep the house feeling new. The floor plan is perfect for the grandparents and for the entire family. The gated community just steps from the beach is perfect. I have already booked again for next year. Thank you for the opportunity to make more wonderful memories this year.

Excellent stay!

We couldn’t have been happier with the property. It was clean and welcoming. We had a few issues with the codes to get in to the gate/home but the staff quickly responded and got it figured out. The included golf cart was a great perk. We would definitely recommend and will look to stay here in the future when we visit Destin!

Great Accommodations

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and fit our three generations. It was beneficial to have a couple of bedrooms on the first floor. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The children loved the pool and proximity to the beach. This house is perfect for a large family. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Great house for our family

We’ve stayed in 5 different houses in the last 6 years and this was the best. Roomy well stocked kitchen. Plenty of dining seating for 10 adults and 6 kids. Nice pool with afternoon shade. Close to the beach - walk or golf cart ride. Nice community pool for change of pace. Well maintained and clean. Hope to come back next year.

Family Vacation

Sun Kiss’d was absolutely perfect for our crew. We had 17 adults and 3 infants. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed for the week. The golf cart was handy but we did rent an additional one for our large number. Loved having a pool right outside our back door. So many great memories. Would definitely comeback in the future!

Location great area great felt safe in this community. House big enough for multiple families. Kitchen supplies ample. Beds comfortable responded quickly to requests . Pool nice size and extremely nice to have golf cart. Only suggestion would be to maybe replace washer extremely noisy and possibly new mattress in upstairs single bunk beds- only bed that wasn’t comfortable

Amazing Week

This was our second stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. This is an ideal property for multiple generations with two bedrooms on the first level. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The children loved the pool, the quick access to the community pool and of course the beach! The property has been updated since last year with new chairs in the family room and the ice maker in the kitchen. The children loved the ice maker! We have already booked this property again for next year!

Family vacation

The place was nice and location was perfect. For the price we paid I would think there would be more supplies like more toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and regular spices available. All tvs did not work. If there was an issue we had great communication with property manager. We run our own getaway place (by another name) and supply what is needed for guests as far as toiletries just as if you were at a hotel.

Management company was very poor at follow up and accessibility. Aside from that the home was great. I don’t think the late check in if 5pm and early checkout of 10am is fair and likely will cause us to not use Vrbo again.

Big clean quiet place close to beach

This is the best property we've rented so far in our 3 years of visiting Destin. It's a spacious, solid house in a quiet, well-maintained, peaceful gated community. We liked the nice short walk to the beach - only 5 minutes, even less on bike or golf cart. Close to good walking/biking paths in a less busy part of the Scenic Highway. Close to groceries, movies, ice cream, etc. Appreciated being able to use the community pool, hot tub, and workout room. Was a bummer that the tennis/pickleball court wasn't available due to remodeling. Kitchen was well-stocked and for the couple of items that were lacking (cutting boards, cookie sheets), Travel Life staff was quick to remedy the situation. It was a great fit for our multi-generational family vacation - toddler & teen to octogenarian.

Nice house. Many utensils in kitchen.

House was a great place to stay. Accommodated 8 adults with no problem. Close to beach access. Golf cart was convenient. Furniture in living room area is not very comfortable though. A few items need attention. Bathroom for bedroom that has view of pool needs the faucet tightened. The dresser in the upper bedroom NE has drawers that are hard to operate. Half bath toilet is refilling every so often. We found the carafe for the coffeemaker was broken. Management got us a replacement. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for a great place to stay in Destin.
