We had such a great stay here! The host was super responsive and honestly a pleasure to communicate with throughout our trip. The place itself was amazing and exactly what we hoped for. The location was really perfect. Easy access to the beach was wonderful and the pool was awesome for the kids. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation.

Nice house with all the comforts of home. The pool and deck area were a great place to hangout and enjoy the Florida sun. Great location- a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beaches and emerald water. Patrick was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

My family and I had the best vacation here! The house was clean, cozy and stocked with everything we needed for the week. The backyard is a great spot to hang. The pool is well maintained and is perfect for a family with kids. The location is the best part - you’re just a 10 minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet, quaint and beautiful. There are tons of restaurants and retailers right across the street. Patrick was incredibly kind and communicative leading up to our stay and all throughout our stay. So happy we chose to stay here! We’re already planning our next trip down to Destin and we’re hoping to stay here again.

Access to the beach is tricky because of all the private areas roped off for resorts located right on the beach. Areas where you can be on the beach are small and very crowded.

Perfect beach house for a family stay

This property is a perfect little beach house. The common area is roomy enough for all 8 of us to hang out. The bedrooms are good sized, and the bunkroom was perfect for the 4 kids. We were two families (us, kids, grandkids) and had a great time. It's a six minute walk to the beach, and even the littlest (2 yrs) made the walk several times with no problem. The property is also close to a grocery store, several restaurants and an amazing little ice cream & candy shop. The pool isnt huge, but it worked for a relaxed cool off. Parking is limited (our midsized SVU and a minivan filled the available space. The hosts are super responsive and checked on our stay several times. If we're headed back to Destin, we'll book here again.

Fall Break Getaway

It's a very nice property and well located to the beach as well as close proximity to a variety of shopping an restaurants. The vehicle parking left something to be desired because we couldn't get the 2nd vehicle to clear the sidewalk. We have full sized vehicles, not compacts. The property worked out well for our two small dogs as they were able to stay in the fenced back yard. Overall, it was very nice. One final comment I would make is that the kitchen area needs more lighting in the ceiling. Thanks for a great stay.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our two families of 4 to stay at for our family vacation. Kitchen supplies were a little light for us to cook for a large group but we made it work. Communication with the host was excellent, very quick to respond and help out when needed. Would stay again if we find ourselves in Destin again.

Great location! Perfect fam beach home with pool!

We had two small families with younger children staying in this home and it was perfect for our stay. We had an easy checkin & out process, felt safe at the property, enjoyed the pool, had an excellent location close to the beach, (walking distance/short drive). Note: not much public parking in area, but paid parking spots are available at the beach. The hosts were wonderful to work with; prompt communication, & helpful information (before and during our trip) was provided. We loved the bunk bed room, the open layout, and the amenities & supplies that were already available on site that made our stay more enjoyable. We were able to use their beach wagon to load up the beach items already at the house & walk to & from the beach. The house also had washer and dryer, an outdoor shower, a grill, and safety alarms. Conveniently located near the main road for gas station, stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Cozy Abode

Perfect spot for a whole family unit. The yard was excellent for our furbaby. Lovely landscaping and hedging provided extra privacy. Perfect size pool for a single family. Great location next to 2 beach access points. Walkable to Camille’s bfast spot. Tile floor was easy to clean with having a baby and dog. High chair great condition. Very clean. If we are ever in the area again would book again!

Lovely little beach home

Our trip was quick but we really loved the home and all the amenities. The home was clean and seemed pretty newly refreshed based on appliances and furniture . The beds were comfy and plenty of clean linens provided. The quick response from Patrick really made you feel comfortable and if you did happen to have an issue it would be addressed quickly. It is on a corner so know there can be some noise but truly not bad at all.

Quick Getaway

Hubby and I took a quick getaway with our oldest son before he heads to school in two weeks. The home was gorgeous, clean and its location offered easy access to the beach, shopping and local dining. Owners were kind and responsive to our needs and/or questions. Neighbors were friendly and even in colder temperatures the beach atmosphere was amazing!

Enjoyed Destin

The house is neat and very clean and exactly as pictured. We chose it because we brought our dog and it has a fenced in yard. It is also very convenient to town, restaurants, grocery store etc. Also and easy walk to the beach. Being there in January and it was cold due to a front we didn't use the pool but it looked nice.

Perfect Location

Our stay was great! The location is fantastic, close enough to the beach and night life. Only real complaint would be cleanliness of the floors. But overall it was GREAT! Highly recommend!!!
