House was exactly as advertised. Pool was great and the area was very nice. Close to lots of attractions and the free beach set up was great. Couple things there was dog poop on the outside of the pool area in the grass however they came and cleaned it up within minutes of me calling. The golf cart needs to be retired and a new one would be great. Again even with those two things we would definitely rent again.

We had 15 family members get together for mini-reunion. Property was clean. Had a few home maintenance issues that were addressed quickly by the property manager. It was a great experience and would go back in a heartbeat.

Property condition and amenities could have been better. Plumbing issues and amenities could have been better for the price. Appreciate the management addressing some quickly, but saying the pool light was "hot wired" to work (but it still didn't work) did not make us comfortable in the pool.

The Nantucket fit our needs for our extended family of 17, 10 adults & seven children. The location was one block from the beach which was convenient. Any issue we had was addressed immediately plus the realtor called often to check on our status. I would recommend this house to other vacationing families.

Thank you for providing such a great house. Only issue that I know of is that the hot tub didn’t work well and didn’t hold the water in it. Didn’t seem to be a big issue, but letting you know. Thanks!

Our trip to The Nantucket House honestly could not have been better! The home works so well for a large group and provides all the amenities you are looking for during a beach vacation. From the spacious interiors that make group dinners and hangs perfect to the gorgeous outdoor pool and patio that we all fell in love with...it just could not have been better.

Small hiccups: Found out after we got to the beach that the area in walking distance was claimed as "private" by nearby condo. We ended up walking farther than expected with all our beach gear and small kids. Also: TV and wifi didn't work in top floor and "three queens" room. Other than that, we had a wonderful week. The pool was fantastic, the rooms and beds were spacious. Washer and dryer sets on first and second floors was great. Great place for a family vacation.

Great location on Scenic Route 98, just across the street from the beach. VERY well accessorized. By that I mean every cooking utensil one would expect plus an extensive array of cutlery and dishes. TWO large refrigerators and two large washer / dryer combos (one on first and second floors). Open air "hot tub" is not what you would expect at your health club, and there is a substantial upcharge to heat the pool, but those were small concerns to us. A HUGE plus is the company, which was IMMEDITELY response to any concerns. This is in SHARP contrast to our experience with several other agencies in the area. Sugar Palm Rentals even called us occasionally "just to see" if everything was alright. They are great, and so is this property.

We enjoyed the size and location of the house. The property managers could not have been more responsive to our requests. We really appreciated that! The pool area was beautiful and the heater worked as advertised. We had a pretty good size group and we're surprised to learn there was not enough steak knives. I would suggest addressing that and perhaps addressing the grill/outdoor kitchen to be more in line with the size of the home. One last suggestion, please be sure the cleaning service thoroughly mops the floors prior to new guests. They did an outstanding job other than this and it would be a great job done. Thanks again for a wonderful week.

Very nice condo. Construction was a bit of a problem for a couple days. But overall was nice and right on the beach. Very cute beachy condo. Very clean. Enjoyed ourselves very much. I would stay there again.

They need extenders to add to the WIFI router. Dead spots in all the bedrooms. OR Cuts in and out bad. They could buy a stronger router/modem to match the size of the house and the number of users. Or they could move the router/modem to a more central location which still might need extenders added. We use wifi for not only entertainment but to keep in touch with work. This complaint was blown off on day two by management by saying the wifi was provided by their internet provider (Cox) and "out of their hands" . BS is what that was. Accuracy of listing is not in full disclosure for price paid.

Property had extra washer and dryer, extra refrigerator, large kitchen and beautiful pool area. Pool was perfect when you have small children and plenty of room in main part of pool. Large kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for this group of 15

The house was as described and worked well for our large family. The pool area has no shade but we brought a tailgate tent and that worked for a bit of relief from the sun. The beach entrance across the street from the house is NOT the place that has the umbrella and chairs included in the rental. Those rentals are down a few blocks at another beach entrance that is VERY crowded to the point of annoying. We used that once and never went back choosing to pay for rental chairs at the closer access.

The house was very clean and the pool area was amazing and the highlight of our trip. We requested the pool heat the day of our arrival and it worked out very well. We had a blast in that pool. The house is located on a corner so you really only have one neighbor, which is awesome, and if you luck out like we did and nobody rented the next door house, then you have a decent amount of privacy as long as nobody walks by on the street. Close to the beach and very well stocked. Now on to the things I felt could have been better..... POOL ALARM: That horrendous pool alarm that blares very loud if you forget to press the button before you enter as well as exit the pool area. I do understand the need for this if you have small children, but we were a group of adults. There should be a way to disable this highly annoying feature. HOUSE SMELL & A/C: There was a pretty strong odd smell when we first got there but it did dissipate when we turned on fans and the A/C. The rule of keeping the A/C no lower than 76 seems a bit ridiculous considering what you pay to stay here. If you were staying in a hotel in the exact same area you'd be able to change your thermostat to whatever you wish. NO BALCONIES: I found myself wishing for some other outdoor spaces other than the pool area. A balcony or rooftop patio would've been nice. LACK OF SHADE & PRIVACY: A bit more shade in the pool area would make it better, like a pool awning or pool umbrellas. Its very easy for passersby to see into the pool since its in the front yard and there's not a lot of tall plants blocking the pool from the street. I'm not sure if the current tiny plants bordering the fence are supposed to grow tall, but I'd recommend planting larger bushes or trees to block the view to the street. NO BATHTUBS: Not much to say about this except its pretty obvious this house was built just to be a vacation rental. Whoever heard of a house with this many bedrooms and not a single bathtub? So weird to me, and not a huge deal but figured I'd mention it because it isn't clear from the listing. All in all, I realize that some of my negatives are pretty minor quibbles. Its a great house for families with children, and the living spaces and kitchen are quite lovely and comfortable. Most importantly, its clean and Sugar Palm has great communication. I'd rent with them again in a heartbeat.
