Overall our stay was great! A couple of things that could be addressed. We got there late due to travels and realized we had no gate number. The room number also wasn’t clear, it was just included in the name of the place. A big issue I had was the balcony doors didn’t lock easily and one door didn’t even have a lock at all. I wouldn’t recommend children staying with that issue. The caulk on sliding door is still wet and kept getting on us. Everything else was great. Plenty of space for a large family. Plenty of beach accessories so no need to bring your own. Beautiful view and great location! Right across a gas station, Starbucks, and chick-fil-a

This Property did not Disappoint! I Loved how clean and beautifully it was decorated. There were lots of games in the closet to choose from. We brought our own Chairs and Umbrella, but loved that they had them there to offer. The workers at Jade East were very kind and helpful.

The view from this rental is unbelievable! You walk into a beautiful ocean view. Location is great here- walk right out to the beach,close to restaurants and Waterpark and mini golf. Some pieces of furniture are worn and broken plastic Adirondack chair on balcony but overall, great experience. Check in and out was so easy.

The property was great and the condo met the needs of 3 adult couples, with each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom. The check in process was easy, and the location was right in the middle of all things Destin has to offer. The only negative thing is the washer and dryer did not work properly.

Worst rental in 50 years!!

My family has owned and rented properties from Texas to Florida all my life and they still do. This property is stealing from people with your false advertisement about the condition of the property the outside balcony just go over there and look at it! Broken chairs rusted over a period of time,has to be, and the balcony has not been cleaned in the off-season! Outlets that need to be updated, could not even hold in the plugs. Sofa and dining room chairs really dirty, a broken barstool that thankfully none of us sat in, up to the point we discovered it. A bathroom toilet paper dispenser that was so rusty. It’s shameful that it has not been replaced. I can go on and on, but I’m not. Update if you’re going to rent this place you’re stealing from people. These are things that have happened over a course of time because it’s not being kept up and updated and not being reported that it’s so gross.

Awesome 3 nights!

Beautiful condo, awesome location, clean and stylish, well decorated. Only 2 minor issues:1. Some wall outlets would not hold a plug well and had no power. 2. Need a small trash can in the rear bedroom.

Issues to make better. Patio chairs need to be replaced. Rusted out on the bottom and broken. Very dangerous. Fridge ice maker not working. Washer did not spin out right. Maintenace called on all.

Beach stay

Great place to stay! We had an issue with getting another packing pass and the manager was on top of it and got us a parking pass! Will definitely be going back soon! Wonderful communication and wonderful accommodations!

Great getaway with friends

We are 3 couples that have traveled together for years. The corner condo was great. It was very roomy and had a nice kitchen. The location on the beach was perfect. This was our first time to Destin and we will Definitely return.
