The location was lovely and the on-resort amenities were wonderful! The staff handled it being labor day and packed very well from check-in to the outdoor bar! Great host as well.

Perfect

Condo was very nice. The property is extremely well maintained and clean. You can sit on the beach and order food and drinks and have them brought to you or order at the tiki bar or property restaurant and take to your room. Pizza is awesome btw! We have always looked for a place we would like to call our “go to” and this would be it. Loved our stay.

My 1 and only complaint is that the elevators are being upgraded and did not work correctly 2 of the days we were there. Otherwise, we would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Theresa and Victor were great hosts. Very responsive to communication when needed assistance. The grounds were great and right on the beach. Plenty of things to do around area. Would highly recommend this location to couples or families.

Absolutely Lovely - It Was Hard To Leave

The property was perfect. It is right on the beach. You can hear the ocean from the balcony that is how close it is. Beach service made life easier and I really enjoyed just the quiet serenity you could find in the condo. It was never overly loud or noisy but soul soothing. Highly recommend. They have made this place perfect. It is homey and beautiful!

Choose this property! It met our #1 requirement of cleanliness, was well kept, kitchen was amply stocked with all dinnerware and cookware, sufficient linens, etc. We had stayed at The Pelican many years ago (not this particular unit but the resort in general) and it had become run down. Decided to give it another try this year and we are so glad we did! It is very obvious that owners and managers have put forth a ton of effort to make this a destination worthy of 100% occupancy. The owners of this unit are super responsive and genuinely care about their property and tenants. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

This place has issues. Spent 2 days with the condo security guards patrolling everyone at the pools making sure their drinks which were purchased at the onsite tiki bar were not within 4ft of the pool deck. It felt awkward and uncomfortable.

Nice Get away

This was a wonderful property! My main two factors for living a place is cleanliness and view- this property hit it out of the park on both. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We also loved the large TV’s in the living room and bedroom. The view was wonderful! We enjoyed watching the dolphins each day. The weather was cold and rainy, but the private balcony was a perfect place to sit to view the ocean. The walk to the beach is less than two minutes- it’s really close! While the kitchen was well stocked, we prefer to eat out at all the meals. The best restaurants are only a few minutes from the condo. This was a wonderful place to stay and would certainly stay there again!!!

Perfect for 2

Condo was nice and host was easy to work with during booking or any questions we had . Elevator was quick during our stay and parking was available if you ate early and beat the crowds leaving in the evening. Cafe onsite had a good breakfast that we took advantage of each morning and the tiki bar was convenient if you like resort style drinks . Beach View was nice with usually a dolphin show late In evening or early morning when they were chasing fish off the sand bar . Only thing we wish the condo had had was a bedroom on the front facing the ocean with a balcony and a more comfortable couch and living chair but we understand furniture has to hold up for a lot of people passing thru each week lol. Give it a try if your ever in Destin !

Oceanfront stay

It was a great place to stay! We loved every amenity and the proximity to the beach. Only suggestion would be to bring some type of fan if your little ones plan to sleep on the bunk beds during the hot summer months. Even saying that, it doesn’t take away from opening the door and sitting on the patio watching the waves come in or having access to multiple pools. There is also a cafe downstairs that made the trip with kids much easier! Beach service as well as umbrella service was wonderful!

Awesome Location!!!!!

This place was perfect for our family of 5. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The pools were perfect for all ages. It’s so nice to just walk directly to the beach. The inside was awesome. The place was very nice and clean. The location is great, right across street from water park and extremely close to Walmart and target. We will be back.
