This property was very Kid-Friendly. Only con was that the floors were not clean. My four year old started walking around the apt with his bare feet and it was black a few minutes later. The check-in was really easy, the beach access was about 11 min walk but not so bad. There were a lot of things to do close by us. Will definitely come back to do another family vacation here.

Clean, taken care of and as described. Check in was fast and the front desk lady was very through. It’s a larger property but she explained and marked a map very well so there were no issues parking and finding our way. The room was very clean and neat. The pool area is huge and we never felt crowded swimming and hanging out. We did have a small hiccup on our stay but Devin (one of the managers) jumped on it and took care of us, she was awesome! Overall we were very happy with our stay and likely would stay here again.

6 Day stay

Extremely disappointed with the condition of the unit from the minute that we walked in. The unit was very surface clean but not deep cleaned at all. The shower had hair everywhere, the sofa’s were in bad condition and we had 3 roaches in the kitchen. The management company was extremely responsive and tried to help as much as they could but there wasn’t anything they could’ve done to make that eight. I was very disappointed that the previous reviews didn’t portray the condition of the unit accurately.

Great condo for a getaway weekend

The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient for our stay. It's just a short walk or drive to the beach, and the pool was awesome. Every meal we ate at the Palms Grille was so good we opted to stay in and eat there and not go out for most of our meals. We'd definitely come back and recommend to others.

Spring Beach Vacation

It was wonderful! The pool reminded me a lot of an all/inclusive. Perfect for the littles and would definitely stay here again! Just wish it was a little closer to the beach.

Great spot to spend a few days

Overall the room was incredibly clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, laundry, etc. everything we needed as a family of 4 to have an enjoyable week. Will definitely look at booking this room again for our next trip to Destin.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

This place is definitely a gem and we can’t wait to come back! Our 3-year-old had the best time in the pools and we were just a short drive (approx half a mile) to the beautiful beach with clear blue water and the whitest, softest sand I’ve ever experienced. Thank you so much for the beautiful place to stay!

Upscale and Classy

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property mainly because it mimicked our own taste in style and decor. In a few words, "It felt like home". The owner obviously has a strong grasp of blending textures and solid materials in such a way they do not fight one another. As well as the solid construction of the unit and fixtures. Nothing seemed as though it would come of in your hand if you touched it. Likewise the rooms were quiet to each other. When doors were closed voices and TV noises from the other rooms were undetectable. The reception staff were spot on with there recommendations for restaurants and attractions, Likewise, al the support staff were pleasant, inviting, and very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend this unit and property.

Rude resident

I encountered several residents during my stay but, one was absolutely awful. I witnessed her being extremely rude to the staff and then she snapped at my child for not getting of the elevator fast enough when he was simply trying to hold the door for others to enter.

First time

Palms of Destin is great for a family vacation. Our condo was fine. My only complaint is that it did have a funky smell- it wasn’t terrible, just not pleasant. I read other reviews that the AC wasn’t cool enough, but it was fine for us, we’d keep the curtains closed during the day when we weren’t inside and it cooled down just great. My kids loved the bunk beds.

Great Destin Vacay Spot

We had a great time at this condo! Great location, helpful and friendly staff, good restaurant, clean and well maintained pools, great live entertainment every night. I would definitely recommend staying here. If we come back to Destin, we will stay here again.
