The house was very nice and roomy. We were not impressed with the beach access. The new laws of beach property lines has restricted your room. the neighbors, on both sides, have orange cones out with no trespass. you literally have 40 feet wide to "frolic" on. On busy days, we couldnt even get close to the water without stepping over/on people. I hope they change this beach property line law back to where a person can walk on the beach without so much restriction.
We also had a suprise of an upcharge when we arrived back home. the property management, real joy vacations, ran our card for more money due to water stains on sofas and signs of having a pet in the house. We are guilty of neither. My husband ask me to make sure that the property mgmt was talking about the correct house. We treated the home with respect. There is a ring door bell, so we ask real joy vacations to verify there were no pets brought in or out. Never heard another word of animals in home. The management group sent us stain pictures of sofas. Full disclosure, the pix do show stains. I realize this is a 'he said she said' situation. I do not expect you to take my word for gospel. I would just recommend documenting, in detail, the house like you're renting a rental car. Im not sure how you can cover yourself on pet or other allegations.
i would have liked to have rated the property management group instead of the home. I hate to poo poo a persons realestate investment and livelihood.
