We loved the views each morning. It is the perfect spot to view dolphins. We also loved the host who was very responsive and so helpful with all of our questions. He called to check on us and make sure everything was great.

The property on the beach was great for convenience. Fourth of July on the beach was fantastic and I’m not usually a big fireworks person. Needed the car to go anywhere. The condo was as advertised however when we arrived the sheets in one bedroom were not cleaned. The service gave new sheets but didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. Lastly, the entire place remained damp all week. Possibly use a dehumidifier.

Excellent location. Soda answered any questions I had in a timely manner before and during my stay. Definitely a great place to stay. Be aware that the secondary bedroom is very small.

Anniversary trip

The view says it all, you walk in and immediately see the beach. White sand, clear water, friendly people. The guys who set up chairs/umbrellas, rent water toys to the staff working the condo needs, everyone was friendly, helpful. Soda, the owner was extremely nice, easy to communicate with, contact.We would like to go back in future.

Lovely mini vacay

I was last-minute booking a trip for my 45th birthday. My goal was to stay at a really nice property that had direct beach access with beautiful views, and I accomplished that. My husband, mom, and I had such a wonderful time staying at the property. It met all of our needs plus some. We all have plenty of room to move around. The beach was lovely, but the water was too cold, but it was nice to have a pool and a heated hot tub at the property. The property owner was very polite and courteous, and he provided a wealth of information about the condo as well as the surrounding areas. We truly appreciated that. I would highly recommend.

Amazing views

A wonderful location! The property offers great amenities with easy access to the beach etc. As flying, it was nice to have the chairs/umbrellas set up everyday for us. Saw dolphins most days and loved waking up each morning to that view. Property was well maintained!

Beautiful Condo!

Condo was exactly as pictured, property was clean. Staff and security were very nice. Elevator was slow and had some issues. Condo was beautiful and very clean. Only issue we had was the jets in the master tub, they could definitely use a good cleaning. Everything was decorated beautifully and the owner was very easy to reach and helpful! Amazing view!!!

Having enough elevators is essential for a condominium complex I didn’t realize there were only 2 in this building, and one ended up being shut down for repair. Otherwise this was very nice

Wonderful place to stay

We booked this condo for our elopement in early May. Soda was a wonderful host! Upon arrival, he had arranged for flowers, a card, and a cake to be left in the condo for us which was such a nice touch! The location was perfect and right on the beach close to everything. We would definitely consider staying here again when we come back to Destin. Thank you Soda!

Beautiful scenery!

My sister, best friend and I rented unit #311 at Sterling Sands. From the moment we walked in, we were mesmerized by the view. The ocean front unit was perfect for our getaway. It was exactly as pictured and the owner was available via text, email and the VRBO site during our entire stay regarding anything we needed addressed. (Minor things that were fixed during our stay.) The location was perfect, close to anything and everything. The beach service was a nice bonus and the guys at the hut had our chairs and umbrella ready for us daily. It was a clean and quiet place and we'd love to return in the future!

Perfect Location

Great location, very clean, everything is as pictured in the listing. We watched several dolphins over the three days we were there. The beach is the nicest we have ever stayed at. Would definitely recommend this property.

We loved waking up to view from our clean unit and enjoyed seeing dolphins from balcony most days. We also enjoyed the amenities and our host sent us local restaurants we found enjoyable. Our host and unit were great

Picturesque views, dolphins, and a nearby ER

Stunning views and a beautifully decorated condo. There were several issues, but the owner was willing to work to try and resolve them. The king-size bed is not very comfortable, but the queen is – just be prepared to be in a tiny room with only one side of the bed accessible. The toilet is just steps away, which is very helpful if a person is ill. Might want to make sure to request bedding for the pull out bed especially if you would like to fall asleep to ocean waves. Also, you might want to take pictures of anything broken that you find at check-in in order to cover yourself from being held responsible. If the fitness center is a must, you might want to check with the owner and see if it is still under construction and out of commission. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The sand is the softest I’ve ever felt. You couldn’t get a better view from this condo location, especially sitting in their blue recliner with the doors open with the ocean waves rolling. We even saw 20 minutes of dolphins eating as a pod. The brown pelicans fly by in the morning and evening, and you might even catch them feeding as we did. Sunrises and sunsets are just as in the pictures – stunning. The beautiful view is between palm trees that do not obstruct your view. Hopefully the plexiglass will be nice and clean to enhance your view rather than detract from it. And, if you need it, there is an ER just seven minutes down the road in Destin. We had a very nice female ER doctor and male nurse.

Another excellent stay!

This was our second stay and won’t be the last. Soda went out of his way to make sure my husband and I had a wonderful 25th anniversary vacation. The condo is perfectly sized for a couple or small family. The views can’t be beat. The beach is gorgeous. Thank you for another excellent stay. We can’t wait to go back.

Annual Birthday Trip

The Condo has a great view and is centrally located. The kitchen was well equipped. We felt that the pictures were a little deserving on living room size. We struggled to get comfortable with all 4 of us in the living room, but we made the best of it. The couch was comfortable. There was plenty of room on the deck but again it was smaller then what we were use to. Amazing view of the ocean and we enjoyed our morning coffee out there. We did have plumbing issues in the master bath but the manager was easy to deal with and was on it right away. The beach chair setup was a plus and the staff was on ut early every morning. There is gift shops across the street as well as a great liquor store. We probally wont be back due to the size, we are use to a more roomier place.

Pictures are deceiving

Floor was dirty, 4 towels for 2 couples for a week, tv in 2nd bedroom didn’t work. Bed up against wall & couldn’t walk around, had to roll over to get out! 70 years old! Not good for two couples. Bathroom door shuts & you can’t get out.washer holds 2 towels. Never again!
