The house was very clean and had a good stock of items in the kitchen. We felt very secured in the house and the host was available and attentive for any issues.It would have been beneficial to know the majority of rooms were downstairs and the living room and kitchen were upstairs. There was a good size backyard but not a lot of grass spots for our dog to go to.There also needs to be a mat or something in place on the back patio where the shower is because the tile becomes very slippery.The location was perfect for beach access. We did not have to go far, and the golf cart was perfect to transport everyone and the beach gear.

Beautiful property just steps from the beach

Beautiful property just steps from the beach, there was everything we needed for a wonderful family week at the beach. Lots of beach toys, chairs, canopies etc were available in the garage. The kitchen let us make quick lunches or late dinners. The golf cart made bringing supplies over to the beach easy. Check in and out was straight forward.

Destin Paradise

Early on the day of our arrival, the property manager made us aware of a problem with the upstairs AC. We were given three quite reasonable options. By the time of our arrival, three temporary, portable, heavy duty and professionally installed AC units were in place on the second floor. By mid-afternoon the next day, a complete new central AC unit had been installed for the second floor. Excellent action by the manager to quickly remedy the issue.The next day we noticed that the tail lights on the golf cart were not working properly. This issue, too, was very quickly fixed.We were very pleased with all aspects of this house. There were many extra items in the garage, such as boogie boards, beach chairs and two 10’x10’ canopies for use on the beach. The property was very clean and well appointed. We did not have a chance to use the club facilities across the street. But, they looked very nice.Wonderful property, wonderful location, excellent communications. We look forward to being guests again, soon. Thank you all for making our vacation return to Destin all we had hoped it would be.

Great location

We had a great trip in Miramar! The location of the property was fantastic! Very close to the beach and pool! The house overall was nice but could use a few things. The outdoor area could use some better seating options. The grill was on the first floor and the kitchen is on the 2nd which seemed a bit strange. While we were there, the ice maker did not work but the management team was great about bringing us as much ice as needed! We did have consistent issues with our golf cart throughout our stay. Management called maintenance out a few times to take a look but did not fix it. After then requesting a new golf cart, management was quick to help make that happen! In our last evening we noticed a leak in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. We notified Destin Dreamers and they said they would be sending maintenance the next day to take a look. Overall, our stay was nice and we had plenty of room for our family of 5. Management was quick to respond to any/all issues that we had! We absolutely LOVE Destin beaches!

Overpriced/Dirty

House was beautiful but inside wasn’t very clean. Had to call pest control multiple times due to a ton of roaches. Balconies need cleaned, bottom of your feet are pitch black after walking out on them. Busted shower head in the master bedroom that shot water all up the wall. Bedroom door handle had no screw holding it together, fell right off the door. Destin Dreamers was very responsive and helpful.

Family vaca 2024

4652 Paradise Isle met every single expectation of our family! Beautiful home, very spacious, and everything was available that we needed. This is the first time we have never had a beachfront view, but we never missed a beat. The convenience of the golf cart, the pool right across the street, and the beach access being literally a 2 minute walk was great. We had one small issue with the hot water heater but cannot say enough about the maintenance guys. They were there within the hour and it was fixed quickly. Would DEFINITELY recommend this home for a family stay, and we will be back!

Perfect for us!

The house was great - but the location was what made our trip perfect. The (lack of) distance to the beach and pool made it easy for us to move back and forth based on the kids ever-changing wants. Will definitely be back!

Great Destiny Beach House

House was great. Slept 12 easily, great location to the beach and pool. Owners Destiny Dreamers very responsive and easy to work with. Very responsive to any issues at checkin at the house or questions during our stay. Great location close to the Crab Trap Restaurant and beach.

Location is perfect~

The location of this property made it very easy for to enjoy the sun and water - whether at the beach or pool. The golf cart made going to the beach and dinner super easy. Walking to the beach was also very easy. Destin Dreamers was very responsive to our requests.

Relaxing and Next to Beach

The home was cozy and inviting. It felt like "home". I loved the bedrooms on the lower level being separate from the main living space. This is great for the kids to have their own space. The living room is perfect for taking naps on the comfortable sectional and I loved the gas range in the kitchen. The covered patios are a relaxing space to eat dinner and take in the view of the gulf. The main suite in the house is spacious with a luxury ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and walk in shower. And the large closet was perfect for storing our belongings. It is an easy short, walk right over to the beach. The heated community pool was just a few second walk away. I would definitely stay here again!

A breath of Fresh Air

First time in Destin and my family loved it. This property was beautiful!! The pictures are exactly as you see them on line. The chairs at the dinning room table were a bit uncomfortable as I could feel the wood while sitting. The property only allows for 12 adults I wish it was more as we only had four adults and 6 kids. The walk to the beach was short our family was at the beach everyday!!! Loved the bar area in the home and the patio as well. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms are a good size. Overall I would give this home a nine star rating. It’s expensive but my kids enjoyed it so that’s all that matters to me!!
