Places exactly as described very clean very close to everything. Communication was amazing and outstanding and she usually got back to you within minutes. Very helpful would definitely stay here again 10 out of 10.

Birthday Trip/Family Vacation

We had a great time at Jetty East! Was so happy they had everything possible we may need or forgot. It was well equipped and we were very happy. The condo was well kept and we plan on returning again thanks for an amazing time.

We loved staying near the jetty! The view of the pass was amazing for watching boats during the day and the sunset in the evening. We snorkeled at Noriego Point nearby and loved it! I was thankful for the backpack beach chairs available on the patio. The entire complex is older, but our unit was well kept. We enjoyed our stay and Samantha was great. Don’t miss the fireworks on Thursdays at 9.

Great stay! Perfect condo experience!

Great stay! We highly recommend! The condo was spacious and comfortable, the beds were comfortable and the view was lovely. Everything was exactly as described, and our hosts were helpful and accommodateing.

Very satisfied with our stay.

There were three of us in our party. All over 70. The unit was very comfortable and well maintained. Great location. Right on a beautiful beach. Nicely equipped kitchen. Matched dishes, glasses, silver ware, etc. Furniture was tasteful solid and in like new condition. Nice covered deck with view of a pond and the harbor. Good for bird watching. Comfortable beds. Convenient parking. The weather was too cold for swimming but the pool looked nice. Everything was as described on line and met or exceeded our expectations. The cost was very reasonable. The host was friendly, responsive and proactive in making sure our needs were met. I would definitely rebook if we have plans to travel to Destin in the future.

Beachy Getaway

We had the absolute best time! The property was beautiful! Sunrises on the beach were top-notch. We love love loved the pool and hot tub. Far cry from Ohio! Samantha, the host was amazing and kept in constant contact and answered any questions we had. We even extended our stay one extra day with a super seamless process. The condo was gorgeous, and I absolutely loved the decor. The Sunset view from the patio was incredible. Plenty of room for six of us to comfortably hang out. We had plenty of towels and provided supplies needed to get through our five days there. And shopping and restaurants were so close. Everything was very convenient. I will definitely be booking again with Samantha for our next Destin adventure!

Great vacation with our 3 young grandchildren

Kids loved the beach as well as the heated pool. Had a great view of the fireworks on New Years Eve from our balcony! Great locations, close to everything, beautiful views.

A wonderful experience

We have been vacationing at Jetty East for years. Samantha was by far the nicest host we have ever worked with. Her condo was clean, spacious, and welcoming. Our daughter loved the second bedroom and the beach toys provided. We had absolutely no issues. 10/10 will definitely stay again!

Perfect Destin vacation

Our family had a wonderful time in Destin! The condo was perfect and exactly as described. Check-in/check-out was a breeze and the host communicated regularly. The complex is perfectly located away from the most crowded areas but only minutes away from anything you’d need while on vacation. The private beach area was amazing and our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Will definitely be back!

Description of Property

Personally, description and pictures of the property was misleading. The property did not display the scenery I was expecting. Overall, the experience was pleasant. Having stayed at many different rentals in the Destin area, this was just a little less than average for me.

Grandmom, daughter and granddaughter beach getaway

Staying at this beachfront condo was an absolute dream! From the stunning ocean views to the peaceful sound of the waves, every moment felt like paradise. The condo itself was impeccably decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - just steps away from the beach, allowing us to easily enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing walks on the shore. The highlight of our trip was watching the sunset from the balcony, a truly magical experience. We can't wait to return to this little slice of heaven by the sea!

Beautiful condo, beaches & amazing sunsets!

This condo is exactly as the listing states & all the other reviewers noted. The condo is clean, comfy and modern. You get the most beautiful sunsets right off the balcony where you have a few of the "marsh/pond", the jetty and the gulf. The beach is just steps away. Samantha was fabulous to work with! She checked in on us to make sure we were settling in okay and got right back to us with any questions we had. She offered some great suggestions on restaurants, etc. We plan to come back and enjoy future stays here as well. Highly recommended.

Lovely condo. So close to the beach!

My family and I had a wonderful spring break week staying at this coastal gem. Well maintained condo, with room for the whole family. Samantha was an amazing host, and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Destin.

Great stay!

Check in was seamless. Just as advertised. Samantha was very quick to respond to messages and checked in during our stay to make sure all was well. The location was minutes from attractions like The Track, Big Kahuna and Harbor Village. Walmart, Winn Dixie and Target were minutes away as well. Beach access was just as described and we were able to get 2 beach chairs and umbrella. The fireworks were seen perfectly from the balcony! I would def stay here again. There are also carts to bring your items up to the condo which helped immensely. We enjoyed every minute! Thanks Samantha!
