Eran la condiciones al salir, más otra que estaba en un papel dentro de la villa. 1.Remove all trash from the property. 2.Run dishes in the dish washer. 3.Make sure the A/C is set to 74 in the summer and turn off the heat in the winter. 4.All windows and doors are closed and locked behind you. Please note that check-out is by 10am CST. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any late checkouts.

Good for the price

The property is a little dated and was not very clean but it was decent enough for the price. Location was hard to get out of and we would turn right and make a u-turn to go left.

This location was nearby every attraction ive booked. The main attraction was the Waterpark across the street. Uber rides were literally under $12 from parasailing and jetski's. Dining options were all local with great choices. Complex super quiet after 8p. The condo itself was super clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The only problem i had was they did not accommodate late check out. Check out was 10a my flight back home was 5p. I didnt have anywhere to go but the airport and waited over 6hrs. Otherwise this place was budget friendly, convenient, clean and quiet

St. Martins Beachwalk Villas never disappoints

Clean, quiet and peaceful. Just a short walk away from the beach and located close to a lot of fun things for kids to do. This was our second stay at St. Martin’s Beachwalk Villas and we will likely stay again in the future.

Spring Break

The unit was clean with plenty of space. Very reasonable and located at a good spot within Destin. A short walk to the beach, with protection from strong winds. Overall a well priced location. We visited Destin for Spring Beak. The water was a bit cold and we had storms / rain for a day but made the best of it by traveling to Pensacola to visit the Naval museum. For another afternoon, we used the pool, due to high winds / strong surf warnings at the beach. Destin traffic is crazy but a little patience and it’s nothing to worry about. Overall, it was a good trip while staying in a nice rental.

Over all great location- great lay out of condo, Flaws- the room had a bad odor like musty smell. Not sure if it was the smell of the carpet or what. Carpet was very very bristled, And the decor was very disappointing, no beach themed or welcoming sense, and there was no spare blanket. And the wicker furniture is very uncomfortable for a family to sit on. Over all perfect size for my kids and I for a few days.

St Martin Beach Walk Villas

We really enjoyed our stay in Destin. There were a few things in our unit that were concerning regarding cleanliness. Not sure if previous guest were very messy or if cleaning crew didn’t do a good job. All the amenities inside and outside of unit were very nice.

The house was overall okay, the pull out had a horrible mattress. The main bedroom had dust all on the bed frame. I did get a quick response day of check-in - I didn’t know where to find the code to the door. but it did have all the kitchen necessities and the path to the beach was easy to find. We enjoyed our stay

Short walk to beach

The condo was the right size for 4. We found it okay. We found the beach access after a while of investigating. We had to text the manager to figure out how to turn the tv on. They responded promptly and someone came. It would be helpful to post in the condo where the beach access is and how to turn on the tv. It was nice to have the papertowel, dishwasher soap, and dish soap provided. The washer and dryer was handy. It was close to a lot of attractions.

Great condo

We had to book here last minute due to Sally and not being able to stay in Orange beach. We loved the condo, our kids loved the bunk beds would definitely recommend. I suggest that St Martin Beach Villa put up a sign to direct us where the beach access is tho and also a sign from the main road of where the condo is located

Great getaway!

We've stayed in this complex before (albeit in a roomier condo) so we knew where the beach was and the process. Our teenage daughters loved hanging out on the porch, they were out there 95% of the time we were "home"

Very close to the beach access and unit is across from the Water park. Unit is 1st floor which was very accessible. We had no issues at all. I had a question and management was responsive.

No WiFi, no privacy, no security

This reasonably-priced condo is in a great location, but the management company was not real responsive. The WiFi network we were told to look for was not there. I get that this isn't really a maintenance emergency that needs attention on a Sunday night, but we never heard back from the management company. No one ever came by to fix it or even call to check on it. Fortunately we found the real network name and password on the router and were able to get it working. But as far as RealJoy knows, we never had WiFi during our stay. Other problems are that the vertical blinds on the patio sliding door (which faces the parking lot) had 6 slats missing. There was no privacy in the livingroom. Again, no effort by RealJoy to fix it. Another concern was that the deadbolt is missing on the front door. Since I don't have any confidence that the lock code is changed between rentals, that meant anyone could get in at any time. Overall, this is a good condo, but very small. Even though it will sleep 6, it won't seat 6 to watch TV or to eat together. Perfect for 2 people though.

St Martin Beachwalk Villas #412

The location is very convenient to the beach. The furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is set up to cook in when you would like to avoid traffic to the restaurants. The bathrooms are tiny, especially the master. This unit is practical but basic. No complaints about this unit, it served its purpose perfectly. We visited friends in 433 as it was a 3 BR unit that had been fully remodeled/updated. I would definitely come back to the Villas but would choose a 3 BR unit moving forward as the floor plan was much more open.
