Great location directly in front of pool. Home was very clean and inviting. Only negative was the man cover in street (not on property)that is in need of repair by city as it thumped every time a car went by.

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Marley's Place in SPC!! The unit was the perfect size and very tastefully decorated. The staff at SPC were very welcoming at check-in. They explained how to get to our unit and how the beach access worked. The staff at the Sand Flea restaurant & beach bar were very friendly and helpful as well as the beach rental staff. The unit was very clean and well stocked with all the basic needs and more! My kids couldn't believe how comfy the sofa sleeper was! Chris was very responsive to any and all questions I had and made the rental process easy! We will definitely rent again in the future!

Wonderful place!

We LOVED staying in this property! There was plenty of beach things for us to use and plenty of dishes too! The convenience of the private beach access was enough to get me back here that was so nice!! The pool right outside our door was also amazing! THE OWNER'S ARE AMAZING!! anytime i reached out to Chris and Lindsey they got back to me immediately they were so helpful and kind! We will definitely be back!!

Great getaway!

The property was just as advertised. The layout and location were perfect, the view of the pool was awesome and the property was very clean and well appointed. Additionally, the host, Chris was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again!

Peaceful, quite and in the middle of everything!

This was my first time renting in Destin and we will be back soon for sure. Sand piper cove is a great place conveniently located in the middle of all the best activities and restaurants. The unit I rented was across the street from the beach but with the private parking and beach entrance it was never a hassle for the 3 minutes it took to get there. 10 out of 10 would stay there again.

Our favorite

Marley’s Place is our favorite place to stay. We have stayed with Chris and Lindsey several times. The place is gorgeous, safe, well equipped, and in a great location. They are genuinely kind and helpful, always. You can’t go wrong with Marley’s Place.

Anniversary Stay

The stay was great. Communication was great with the host. I had Access to a private beach very close in proximity. Close to food, shopping and entertainment. The condo had all of the amenities that you will need for your stay. The only two cons was there was no in house washer & dry but the condo location had community ones. I would have also liked a more pillow top cushion for the bed.

We loved our stay at Sandpiper Cove! The condo was decorated so cute and the mattress was comfy, even the pullout sofa! The pool is right our back. If you are a light sleeper, the traffic noise may be an issue. Other than that, it’s perfect!!

Great location/updated

We really enjoyed our stay at Marley’s Place. Chris was great to communicate with through the booking process and even when I accidentally couldn’t find the hair dryer offered to do a target pick up to get us one. The condo is conveniently located right next to the pool and just a 2-3 minute drive to the beach. Although we didn’t use the golf course this is another great feature. We absolutely loved dining at the Louisiana Lagniappe located on site. Excellent food overlooking the bay. We loved the convenience to shopping, restaurants, etc as well. The only recommendations I have are a noise machine as the bedroom does backup to the road (we luckily had one), extra towels, as well as a way to adjust the temperature. We got quite hot in the evenings. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.

PERFECT in every way. Will rent again. EXCELLENT location. Close to the Beach and tons of great places to eat out. POOL OUTSIDE the back door. Chris was very helpful. 5 stars.
