Seasonal amenities include a beachside tiki bar along with beach chair and umbrella rentals. The Scenic Stays team is also available at the 24-hour front desk to assist throughout your stay.



SunDestin 617 is a bright and inviting one-bedroom, one and a half bath condo designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. As you enter the condo, you’ll find an open living space with coastal touches and plenty of room to gather after a day on the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances and bar seating, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks for the whole group. The dining and living areas provide a cozy place to unwind, while the private balcony offers partial views of the Gulf of Mexico along with a front-row seat to breathtaking sunsets and seasonal fireworks displays.



The spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the living room includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Recent upgrades throughout the condo include all-new stainless steel kitchen appliances and updated mattresses. Located in the heart of Destin, SunDestin 617 is just steps away from the sugar-white sand beaches as well as popular attractions, local restaurants, shopping, and family entertainment including Big Kahuna’s Water Park. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



Less than five miles from SunDestin Beach Resort is multiple golf courses, restaurants, and attractions. Please note that the splash pad is currently not operable and will remain closed until further notice while ownership determines future plans for the area. The fitness center remains open for guest use during this time.



Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.



While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.
