House smelled stuffy not fresh. Towels were thin and dingy. Needed skillets for cooking. Dishwasher did not work. Dryer did not work. Bedding was dingy and just seemed out of place given the type of home and the cost. Homeowners should consider new management company.

No Worries!

We had a fabulous stay! The No Worries beach home had a VERY well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and was very nicely updated throughout. The neighborhood was quaint with a short walk to the beach as well as conveniently located close to great shopping opportunities. Check-in/out was a breeze. I highly recommend this home to any large group looking for a luxurious beach vacation!

Excellent Home and view

We absolutely loved our stay, the view was beautiful every morning, afternoon and evening. Patio furniture was perfect. A lot of stairs but definitely worth it. Only recommendation would be to consider upgrading the queen room mattresses. No complaining 😁 thank you for allowing us to enjoy this property.

Great family vacation

The gated neighborhood is nice & insures not having an overcrowded beach. The house itself was fantastic. Even though we were not beachfront, we had a beautiful view of the water through an open lot. The property manager was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

New Year’s at No Worries

Our family had a wonderful time at this very well appointed home. Located in a beautiful and peaceful gated community . A short walking distance from the beach. Even though we visited during winter we were blessed with amazing days. This property made our vacay one to remember. I do have two things that I think future guests should be aware of . There are three sets of stairs, definitely not senior citizen or toddler friendly in my opinion. I would recommend bringing baby gates if you decide on this property.

Lots of good, some not so good

House is laid out very well. There were 9 of us total. Our son, his wife and 3 children all were able to be together comfortably on the bottom floor. The kitchen is fabulous--best we've ever seen. Gathering area also excellent. Good views of the beach because of a vacant lot across the street. There is room for 4 cars. Here are the small issues. Upstairs bath-- the tub looks like it is only for show. I am 5'3", 128 lbs. small frame and I was too wide for it. There is PLENTY of unused space in the bedroom and bath,yet the commode room was also too tiny and difficult to get into and out of. Although there was plenty of outside balcony space, which we loved, there was very little covered balcony. Neighborhood issues: 1. the good walking sand near the water is way too steep to walk on. And 2. on the beach we saw a couple with a small, unobtrusive low awning sun cover over a small pack n play. The neighborhood made them remove it. The cpl had to hold their baby whenever they were on the beach.

Great stay for two families!

Ocean view from both balconies without the beach front price! Loved that the lot across the street is still unbuilt! Beach access is a comfortable stroll in a gated community, and the private beach is so much better than the crowded public beach. We just loved the house, the gated community, and beach. Destin is wonderful!

Perfect family vacation home

This place was really nice and right across from a Private beach! The view is lovely and in a nice gated community! The house has everything you would need to cook! Loved that and an ice maker! It was me and 4 others 2 kids and 3 adults so we all enjoyed the house! Would come back!

Family Reunion

My family of 11 includes my 3 adult children,their spouses and my 3 grandchildren loved the house. Everyone had their own space but we enjoyed the large common area and patios. The house was immaculate and well appointed with an excellent kitchen. The community was perfect to walk to the beach and enjoy the views. We all agreed to come back next August and we want to rent here again a 12 out of 10 for us

Excellent beach getaway

This space was perfect for my group of nine business partner/longtime friends for our golf weekend in Destin. There was plenty of space. Everything in the house was top-of-the-line. The neighbors are very friendly and the view is incredible!

all beds terrible! too soft and two a couple could not sleep 22 years old, 32 year old and 57 year old all complained of beds; will not stay there again due to beds

Fun & Fabulous!

This was a well-appointed & well-cared for home in a gated community. The listing did say that there were pantry items, but when we arrived for our week long stay we had to stock up on all pantry items we might have brought from home, had we known that their pantry items consisted of salt & pepper. That aside, the views were beautiful, the accommodations comfortable and everything else we needed was provided. We had a lovely time with our family of 8 in the panhandle of Florida, especially since we had just left a blizzard at our home in SW Michigan. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a wonderful place to spend time in the Florida area.

Oh What a View!

Excellent property in a beautiful neighborhood right across the street from the beach. Because there is vacant land directly across from the property, we had beautiful views of the beach and ocean from every patio/balcony. The home is well-maintained and a great set-up for groups.

Perfect beach home for a large family

The house was perfect! Accommodations, furniture, view etc. Our family would love to rent this home again. A short distance to the beach. No need to bring your own chairs and umbrellas; you can rent them daily. They also do not allow you to use your own chairs and umbrellas etc. Beautiful home and area to take your family for a memorable vacation.

Great House- Would Definitely Stay Again

This recently remodeled home was very nice and clean. Dual dishwashers, 2 washers and dryers, and an ice maker were more appreciated than expected. Really great views of both the ocean and the strip. Both the master and the deck have great views of ocean. Several dolphin viewings. It was also fun sitting on the deck people watching down the strip. The end of the street also made for less traffic in front of house. Only small negative is it is quite a walk to beach access. It would be a good idea to take a small cart if possible if you plan to take cooler and games to beach. I guess I’m getting old but carrying bags to top floor was a bit of pain too. If you have teen children this shouldn’t be a problem. The neighborhood is very strict and can sometimes be over the top. We did not have any issues but friends did. Overall though I believe this is a positive as it keeps the area quieter and safer. We had a small issue with TV and trash as there was an ownership change. The property manager was super responsive. Overall great place. Will be a top consideration in the future.
