Perfect vacation for our family!

This trip exceeded our expectations! Our condo was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast, spaghetti for dinner one night and used the grill for hot dogs and brats one day. We had four teenagers with us and they had an absolute blast! We always felt safe and very relaxed our whole stay!

Beach Getaway

Great location, Great Property, Great views. Balcony is lovely to look out at beach and water. We even saw dolphins swimming in the water. So fun! Condo looked exact like photos and owner had great communication with any questions we had. Many pools and 2 hot tubs. Very clean property and condo.

Best getaway ever, we are 100% coming back to Yavuz's condo

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this gulf front condo! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach, with easy access to all the nearby attractions and restaurants. The condo itself was peaceful and serene; we loved spending time on the balcony, listening to the sound of the waves. It was the perfect spot for relaxing and unwinding. Yavuz, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

We had a great stay. The condo was as seen in pictures and described. It’s updated with comfortable furniture and bed. The location was great, close to everything and right on the beach with amazing view of water and new pool.

Need new mattresses, clean but could use updating

The good: Location was great. Beautiful view from the room. Right on the beach and in a great part of Destin. However, if you want to enjoy the beach at the property, make sure you reserve beach chairs weeks in advance otherwise you are stuck way in the back. The pools are nice, busy, but not crazy packed. We always found chairs easily. The bad: Old, worn out mattresses and pillows. For the price of this condo, I was really expecting to have a comfortable, decent place to sleep at night. However, this was the biggest disappointment of our stay. The master bedroom bed has a worn out mattress with a foam topper and a piece of plywood between the mattress and the box spring. We realized this night one and had it been a hotel, we would have checked out. Seriously, a piece of plywood?! This bed was terribly uncomfortable. In addition, the mattresses in the bunk beds were no better, old and worn out where you can feel the springs inside. The pillow selection was a joke with lumpy old pillows that all need to be tossed and replaced. There are plenty of mattress stores in Destin. It’s time to spend a little of your time and profits and go buy new mattresses so your guests can enjoy their stay. Besides the beds, the bathrooms really need updating. The other negatives are related to the resort and not the actual unit. The fitness center was small, poorly equipped, and had old machines that need to be replaced. No more than 2-3 people can be there at a time. Very limited laundry.

Great beach front condo!

We had an excellent stay at this condo. The place was beautifully remodeled, very clean, and comfortable. Onsite umbrella and chair rentals were a major plus. The view was beautiful!
