Clean and FANTASTIC location. Easy access to the best private beach and most pristine sand in Destin. Comfortable space and well stocked. Responsive host! Highly recommend! Would stay again!

A wonderful vacation! The master bed was super comfortable. The porch furniture (not shown in photos) was perfect -- Lounger and 2 bar height chairs! The porch was shaded the entire time. The view was incredible! This is a middle unit, we didn't really hear the people above or beside us. Don't forget your beach towels! Otherwise, everything we needed was there. The host was very responsive. We’ll be back! Thanks so much for sharing your home!

The unit was just as described. We love staying on this property because of the private beach and peaceful atmosphere. We have stayed in multiple units at this location. This particular unit ranks near the top of all the ones we have rented. The kitchen was stocked well. It was decorated nicely and comfortably. Communication with the host was great. We will rent this unit again!

Great location!

We enjoyed this property. Great view and location. The only critique would be more bedding options and more towels. Over all a great place to stay and a helpful host.

Great location!

This area of Destin is away from the crowds - this property is only 3 stories and has a private beach. The other properties nearby are NOT the large high rises, so area is less crowded. Plenty of shopping and dining options very close by.

The location of the condo is very convenient and quiet. The view from the lanai is spectacular. The condo is updated with pleasant and comfortable furnishings. Overall stay at this condo was excellent.

Perfect Location

We had an amazing time. The condo is so cute and it was so easy to just walk out to the beach and have chair service. We loved not having to worry about hauling chairs around. We love that it was tucked away.

On the beach...

This property is located on the beach with access. It's a bit dated and there is work being done on the complex but overall it's very acceptable. The owner is very nice and willing to help. We would stay here again. Thank you to the owner.

The View and Location!!

The condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach. You are steps away from the beautiful, white sand and beautiful water. Kitchen is stocked and there are even sand toys and boogie boards for the little ones. Check in and check out was an easy process for us. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Location

The location of this property is perfect. It is not in a huge high rise but a smaller three story building with a state park very close to the west side of the building. It is much less crowded than other Destin locations and very quiet. The water is very close and a beach attendant sets up your chairs each day. The water is so clear. It is so relaxing.
