You will need to drive short cars to park 3 on the property.

It was ok. You could almost reach out and touch the house next door.

Great vacay!

Got to say this was the best house we have ever rented. Kitchen was gorgeous and top of the line appliances. The house was spacious and we love this location. Walk to Destin Commons and beach was very short.

We had a fantastic stay! Everything about this house was excellent. Great location. Felt very secure. The access to the beach was just a short walk away. You can't get any better than that. We will definitely be back. It was just awesome!

Family Annual New Year's Celebration and Reunion

The property was true to description. Very clean and comfortable for the entire group. Plenty of room for family game night and Karaoke night. We had an amazing time!!! I fully recommend this property and we look forward to renting again. -The Johnsons

Destin Stay

Property was in a great location. Beach trolley was a great bonus and we really enjoyed the lagoon style pool with a toddler. The house met our needs with nine people and we all had plenty of room. The only negative was that it was a bit worn with regard to furniture, rugs, paint, pots/pans which is probably an end of season thing. We would stay here again.

Great for family stay

The house is in a neighborhood with an amazing pool, great for when you have kids and the waves at the beach are too big. The house has plenty of room to fit 4 families. And a great bunk bed room for older kiddos. My only complaint is parts of the house were pretty dirty, we ended up mopping the floors and covering the upstairs couch with a Sheet because it was very dirty. Overall the house is in a great location, convenient pool, fun for the family.

Great family vacay spot

The house had lots a room to spread out. I loved the open layout on the first floor. Very clean and the kids loved the pool. Appreciated the puzzles and games during our rainy day. The little kids loved the bunk room. A bit of a trek to the beach if you have toddlers but the van service was nice and comes right to your door. Not a bad walk for adults. It’s also in a gated neighborhood which felt nice to be a bit secluded from the busier streets.

Family Neighborhood

Our family of 10 had plenty of room, very spacious.. Shuttle to the beach was very convenient. Picked us up in less than 1 min of the call and dropped us off at the beach access. Lots of kids in this area. Would not recommend if you are looking for a quiet place. Most places only have room for 2 cars. Recommend getting in over flow parking early in the day.

Lovely Stay

The house and location definitely exceeded our expectations. Super close to the awesome community pool, about an 8-10min walk to pampano beach. We loved our stay. Only issue was check in time was supposed to be at 4pm, upon arrival at 4pm the house was still in process of being cleaned (not the cleaning people’s fault) the gentleman cleaning the property said he was not aware we were checking in that day therefore it was only him cleaning. He called for help and more folks came to help clean. Unfortunately we had to stand outside with our luggage until close to 6pm. Wouldn’t have been that bad if it wasn’t 90F outside. Overall we still had a good time and would definitely recommend this suite to others.

Amazing getaway!

Visited Ooh La La July 7th-14th 2018. 4 couples, 4 teens and a few little ones. 3 couples took the 3 bedrooms with baths attached and one couple took the 5th bedroom with 2 twin beds and pushed them together. The 4 teens shared the 4-bunk room w attached full bath and little ones slept on pallets or with their parents. We fit comfortably with room to spare. First floor is the living room, kitchen, dining and master suite. Second story houses another master suite, 4 bed bunk room and the 3rd story has 2 bedrooms, a living room, full bath and fridge and little bar area. We absolutely loved this home. It fit our group well. The walk to the beach was not bad. Probably a few blocks but we enjoyed the daily walk. The pool is located just steps away and the kids loved it. I would not hesitate to re-book this home in the future. We made lots of great memories there.

First trip to Destin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is as advertised. It was perfect for the 10 on the trip. However the downstairs bed is quite uncomfortable and the AC was not cooling the downstairs floor like floors two and three. The higher the floor the cooler the temp. The neighborhood was very busy; we had a few kids two night in a row ding dong ditching and another group smoking marijuana a few doors down which was quite stinky if you were outside. There are no golf carts allowed and we did not understand how important those would be since it was our first time there. It would be much nicer if you could actually keep one in the neighborhood. The rental company was very responsive and great to work with; I would definitely rent from them again but just not this house.

Great House. Beach Access is Bad.

The house was great. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. The pool was awesome and had plenty of room for all of the people there. The complaint is the beach access. We went in knowing that the beach was a walk away or a short shuttle ride. Thats fine. No problem. But the shuttle drops you off to the public access portion of the beach that is 100 ft wide. Thats all. It is private beach access to the left and to the right and they are roped off. So you have hundreds of people trying to fit it a very tight area. It is very disappointing. Luckily talked to a family that told us about the public beach at the Crab Trap which has a decent amount of room. It was a 3-5 minute drive in the car since the neighborhood shuttle only stops in one spot. It has a decent amount of parking as long as you get there before 930. After that, its packed. Overall, the house was great and for my kids, the pool helped offset the beach access the first couple of days before we found the better spot. I know there isn't anything the owner can do about the public vs private beach access but communication in the listing would have been appreciated. And if the shuttle would have the option to drop off at a bigger beach access since there are no golf carts allow, that would be a lot better.

Excellent get away

The property was as listed and actually had a bit more room than it looked in the pictures. We had 6 adults and 5 children who all had room to play and sleep comfortably. The pool was decent, but could get crowded. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad, but I would plan on going in the morning when it is less crowded. Overall we had a great time!

Enjoyable Family Vacation

We are an active and on the go family (with friends who accompanied us). We definitely enjoyed our stay and liked the convenience of being near the beach, having a pool, and still being able to shop and try different restaurants.
