THE VIEW Is everything! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s a very clean condo, that’s close to lots of food options and that has a ton of fun activities to do near by. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes. It was a perfect stay. Thank you for having us! And Thank you again for being such a responsive host.

Overall our family of 4 had an enjoyable time staying in this 5th floor unit at Sterling Sands. The pros were the location directly on the beach and close to shops/restaurants, open layout design, comfortable beds, large terrace with amazing view, the pool, the well equipped kitchen with tons of utensils and cookware, the small cooler to bring down to the beach as well as a few chairs, Boagie boards and noodles. Also watching dolphins and turtles swim and air force jets fly by were highlights. We were also able to check in early which was a pleasant surprise and the ladies at the front desk were very nice and had our welcome packet all prepared. The Porch restaurant is only a quick 10 minute walk down the beach and was perfect for a lunch and cocktails. The cons were the cleanliness of the unit (hair in bathroom, dirty toilet, greasy fingerprints on cabinets in kitchen, bathing suits left in the closet, dirty glass on the terrace and a/c vents filled with dust.) The decor is nice but the furniture and carpets need a serious deep cleaning. Also I can't understand why a beach rental doesn't provide beach towels! Thankfully I asked before we arrived and we packed our own but it was a hassle fitting them in our luggage. Also, it would've been nice to have more than 1 roll of paper towel, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and at least salt and pepper in the kitchen.

We really enjoyed this condo. The view was amazing and there were a lot of cooking utensils available. There was a washer and dryer, beach toys, floaties, chairs, a small cooler for the beach. We really had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

This condo and view of the Gulf was absolutely fabulous. Very clean and well stocked with tons of kitchen supplies! Easy access to pool, beach and on-site gym! AJ was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Another great stay!!

This is our 5th straight year staying in a Sterling Sands condo and this one did not disappoint. The condo is recently updated and very nice! Plenty of amenities in the condo and we loved the outdoor table and lounge chairs. The complex is getting new hurricane doors so there was some construction noise during the weekdays by the pool but that’s just a sign of a the complex taking care to update the properties. We will be booking this one again for our next stay!

Great vacation!

Great location, great condo, and a fantastic vacation!! The condo is perfect for a small family and we loved the location (walking distance to The back Porch and mini golf)! The beach service was a big perk! Highly recommend!

Beachfront!

The condo was right on the beach which was the selling point for us! The only downside was the cleaners didn’t do a great job. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms looked like they had never been cleaned, I had to wipe off toothpaste splatters in the master bath, and the fingerprints on the fridge and kitchen cabinets. The glass on the balcony was foggy and dirty with footprints on it. It would have been nice to be able to see through that. The ice maker in the wet bar never worked and the one in the kitchen would melt the ice together in big chunks. We also couldn’t find the switch to the garbage disposal. The condo itself was very spacious and just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything you would need which was great. I just think the owner needs to double check the cleaners because it seems like they are lazy and half clean. The night time pool supervisor was rude the first day about the wristbands but he was the only one that seemed to care if you wore it or not. The guys at the beach chair rental were rude unless you tipped them and they only gave you a good spot if you tipped and they would verbally let you know.

5th Floor dream

The condo was clean and beautiful with all upgrades. The view is spectacular. Communications with owner and HOA very responsive. The beach service and parking are the cherry on top.

Fun times

Very pleasant! Water was beautiful and accommodations were nice. We left a couple of boogie boards and some beach chairs for the next visitor. One light bulb in second bathroom was trying to go out, blinked some. Made some great memories
