The people upstairs didn't let me sleep, they played very loud music until 4am, the lawn is not maintained. but the property is very comfortable, thank you.

Okay but deff not fit for a family of 6

The property was good etc the only complaint is my family of 6 was cramped!! We didn’t expect it to be 1 bedroom and rollaway beds. My teens had zero privacy 1 bathroom etc it would be suitable for a family of 4 maybe and little kids. Not my family of 3 teens and adults. I would say the price is a little high considering.

We showed up about 5 p.m and changed then got back about 9: with my kids. Realized the 6 person room came with 1 single blanket!! All sheets and mattress covers were filthy. After going back and forth with the "manager" a cleaner showed up with sheets after 11 pm. Springs in the sofa bed were broken so we had to put mattress pads on the floor. There was no offer to make our stay more comfortable. FAILED at customer service and CLEANLINESS!!!

Not fit for a king.

The unit is in a gated community so that was good. The hosts were very polite and responded promptly. I don’t want to “ bash” their rental, because I don’t feel they deserve that, however I must say, it was NOT clean when we arrived. They need a different cleaning company. The whole place smelled musty and the coffee table still had rings and smudges from food on it, ( I CLEANED IT) there was a bag of leftover Wendy’s in the microwave, the “ patio” was not swept and covered in dirt, bugs and a dead toad, we wiped down the outside chairs and the cloth was black afterwards, and the bathtub appeared to have mold or some black substance all around it. The bed was possibly the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever encountered and it squeaked loudly anytime either of us moved!The upstairs neighbor makes a bit of noise, when you’re trying to sleep, but the listing actually does tell you that, so I was prepared. We left a day early because we just couldn’t handle another night there. Sorry to the hosts, who were lovely, for this review. I’m not going to make it worse by posting photos.

Cozy and close to everything!

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary trip and this condo was just right for us. While there were some minor issues, the property manager was extremely communicative and helpful. We will most definitely be back!

It was perfect! The property was beautiful. The residents were friendly. The very best part: I had been telling my family I wanted to install a wheelchair lift by our pool to start doing water therapy for seniors underneath my LLC. They thought I was cuckoo because they just didn’t understand. Now they do! 😂

Family Trip

My sole purpose of the trip was to meet and spend time with family who were vacationing at the beach. I didn’t spend much time in the unit. The unit is small, while it sleeps 4 I would not stay with more than 2 adults and 1 sm child. It’s clean and close to complex pools. It’s ground floor location is perfect if you’re traveling with a pet like I was. The hosts were great and very prompt and responsive to questions. It’s close to Nancy Weidenhamer dog park, Publix, Walmart and beaches. All in all it was a nice relaxing trip.

The property was just ok. When some people travel, they are leaving nice clean homes and dont want to stay somewhere dirty. This location is not clean. I kept on socks and flip flops the entire time. Neighbors upstairs are noisy in the morning and will interupt your sleep. The house needs to be aired out. It smells like grandmas house. Also, no real tv to watch. The old Toshiba tv's didnt all ow us to use a firestick. Wont be back!

Great owner response, convenient location

We had a great stay. Checkin/checkout was easy and we had a small maintenance issue while there which was addressed in a couple hours. Owner communication was on point. The location was quite convenient for getting to the mains areas around Deston. Thanks!

Immaculately Clean

The unit was immaculate with apparent recent improvements. There were personal touches and small supplies of things such as soup and lotion and dishwashing liquid and laundry detergents pods which were greatly appreciated. I didn’t see a hair dryer so was glad I brought mine but I saw an iron and ironing board. Extra linen and blankets, board games, books. Nice decor, very firm mattress. Excellent communication with the owners! Again, immaculately clean! A great property for the price range, I would say just great quality for the price. The only thing that bothered us a bit was hearing an upstairs neighbor walking around late at night pretty loud so prepare ear plugs. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great Loction

My husband and I stayed here. It was perfect for the two of us. It was also dog friendly. It was in a great location, close to all the fun. It was clean and the hosts were very accommodating. We would recommend for a great couple get away.

As advertised. Close to great food and beaches.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the shower was great! We surf fished, and it is a great location to choose your beach. It was election week nationally, and Hulu gave me access to view the results in the evenings. Great restaurants in the area, and only a 15 min drive to Ft Walton. We had a great stay.

Perfect location

My daughter and I had the best time. The condo was absolutely perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable and everything was so clean. There was plenty of linens and towels. The Community pools was wonderful and everything you wanted or needed was within a few blocks. Matthew and Sarah were amazing. Anytime I needed them they we’re right there with quick responses and so nice to work with. I cannot recommend this property or the them enough. I would be honored to stay at any of the properties at anytime. Thank you both so much for everything. We had the best time

Sweet little retreat; great price

Close to all of the great places in Destin, this little retreat is sweet and great on the budget. It was perfect for the two of us to get away for a few days. Close to the best beaches. We opted to pay to go to Henderson Beach State Park. If we had brought the kids, it would have been tight, but it was perfect for us. Everything was clean and check in was a breeze. Oh and we were able to bring our dog for a small fee. She did great and the complex offers pet waste stations through out. The inside was great! This property faces the parking lot and you do hear minimal traffic sounds as well as airplane traffic, but that subsides at night. We are pretty low key and the owners communicated this in advance so we were well aware. We didn’t go to the pool this trip, but have stayed before and they were great for our family. We would definitely recommend this place and we would be willing to stay again as well.
