It’s a Vibe, for sure!

The stay was great! The house was clean, and reallly has everything that you’d need. The host was responsive and proactive to ensure our vacation was one to remember. Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a Destination getaway.

Property was advertised very accurately. Lots of amenities (towels, linens, beach equipment, etc.) and close to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent house

First time in Destin and we loved it. Very clean house with fully stocked kitchen. Clean grill. Lots of space for all our kids to relax. Great location!

It’s A Vibe

Our recent stay at It’s A Vibe was great. The house is awesome. David and Keri are wonderful hosts who have put so much thought into their rental. The community pool was so nice. We really enjoyed having access to the neighborhood trolley for convenient trips to the beach. Their place was perfect for our family.

Family vacation

David and Keri were great hosts, very responsive to questions and super helpful all around. House had everything we needed and more. Thoughtful extras were in place that we did not expect and made our week much more enjoyable. House is a short walk to the beach and easy drive to all of Destin’s attractions. Check out the Crab Trap for a beach beverage and Camille’s for a good coffee and pastry. All around great stay!

It's a Vibe Continues to Outpace all other Rentals!

This was our second time staying here and our experience was beyond stellar. 6 queen/king size beds, amazing amenities, a resort-like pool, and 1/4 mile from the beach. Everything was in immaculate condition and was perfect for (2) families. The neighborhood has a great vibe as well. David and Keri are amazing hosts, quick to respond and ensured that everything was pristine before our arrival. Don't hesitate to book!

A total vibe!

We had the best time at It’s a Vibe. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked for us to feed all ten of us, and the house was very clean and decorated so fun. My son and I really enjoyed swinging on the front porch, and playing the arcade games. The house is close enough to walk to the pool and beach. They really thought of every need for a perfect vacation. Thanks for sharing your home with my family.

Amazing experience!!

I can’t say enough about our trip here. The owners truly thought of everything!! Everything we needed to ensure a fun trip for every family member, they had it! We were limited in what we could pack but didn’t need anything because they had it all at the house for us! There was a sound machine in every room, high chair, several pack n play options, all the pool and beach equipment you could think of. Truly, the thought and detail the owners put into this is exceptional. The decor in the house was SO cute and made for such a memorable experience! The owners were so responsive and accommodating to any questions/requests we had. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely Perfect

I can't say enough great things about this vacation home. The owners of this home have taken everything into consideration and left no details out. The entire house is so uniquely decorated and thought out. It was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. You name it, the house had it. It was fully stocked with dishes, beach towels, beach toys, games for the kids, any kind of kitchen/cooking appliance you could need, and everything in between. 10 out of 10 on this house. Not only was our stay comfortable and enjoyable at It's A Vibe, the owners by far have been the friendliest and easiest to deal with in booking, as well as contacting for questions than any other vacation rental I have every booked before. Our group of 4 adults and 8 kids had the most perfect 7 day stay at this superb beach house. We will definitely book again.

Absolutely Perfect!!

We stayed here last week with our three children and this house was beyond perfection! It was so clean, I'm a bit of a clean freak and am always over analyzing places we stay, this house had not one single flaw. It was fully stocked with everything you could need for a perfect stay. There was plenty of towels and even included shampoo, conditioner and body wash amongst anything else you could need. The beach closet had absolutely every single thing you could possibly want or need for your beach trips, we were in awe when we opened the door. The couches were super comfortable and there were even throw blankets for snuggling up, we really appreciated that! We contacted the owners a few times during our stay for recommendations and a couple of questions about using a golf cart in the area and they were extremely responsive and timely. I never felt the slightest sense of annoyance. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be returning to this property! I cannot recommend it enough!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! Had lots of amenities and kitchen was fully stocked. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room. Great communication with the owners and plenty of stuff provided for the beach! Great location too! We would stay here again!

Amazing Experience!!

I can not recommend this house enough. We absolutely plan on returning! Our stay was fabulous! Keri & David have a digital guidebook that is filled with so much helpful information that made our stay run smoothly. They are super responsive to any question I had leading up to our trip and even during it. We traveled with another family, 6 kids and 4 adults in June of 2022 (ages ranging from 10-5)The set up of 3 king beds was absolutely perfect for our group. The closest in the rooms were huge so there was plenty of room to store your suitcases. They have a washer and dryer- which like everything else is new! The beds were comfortable, pillows fluffy, sheets and beach towels and bath towels were great, kitchen fully stocked and they even have a closet with beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, boogie boards- everything you need to make your beach day perfect! The house is cutely decorated and rooms themed! We almost rented a golf cart but are so thankful we did not! We used the free shuttle that the neighborhood provides to take us to the beach. You call a number to request one and it is at your door in less than 3 minutes. The drivers are super helpful and assists you in loading and unloading your chairs, umbrella etc. The shuttle will even pick you up from the beach to take you back to your house. Less than 3 minute wait again! The pool in the neighborhood is great! It’s resort style and has zero entry all the way to 6 feet. Plenty of space for families to spread out. Hands down the best Destin experience I have had- highly recommend “It’s a Vibe”

Great place! Highly recommend!

Had an incredible stay at “it’s a vibe”! Keri & David were fast to respond and helped with all of my questions. Their place is beautiful, spacious, and so clean! Walking distance to the pool which was great. Very close to the beach which made our trip a dream! Highly recommend staying here.

It's Definitely A VIBE

This was a great spring break getaway! I have ZERO complaints. Beautiful house, stocked with everything. Perfect location. Beautiful pool. 10/10 recommend this rental if your looking!
