Ya no es bueno
Es mi tercera vez quedándome en este hotel y la última. Lastimosamente se ha decaído mucho primero estuvimos en una habitación q no tenia el sofá cama colchón luego nos pasaron a otra y el balcón caía agua del piso de arriba y salieron dos cucarachas. Las habitaciones ya tienen mal olor, sabanas viejas y en el desayuno no dejan llevar a los cuartos ni para uno mismo mucho menos para familIres

This hotel is old, disgusting, and torn down, the carpet is soooo dirty it’s brown and it’s supposed to be green, they had old pillow cases on the bed, and my door didn’t work properly!

They are currently renovating outside, but that is totally fine and acceptable. Limited parking. We parked and stayed in the same spot until we left the next morning. Wish the breakfast was a little better. All cold things, would of liked some warm options. Overall a great hotel, super clean and the staff was so friendly

It’s a shame because this place has so much potential. The rooms really are so cute. But the service was mediocre at best. Check in was at 4pm but they didn’t have our room ready til 530pm…. Upon taking the elevator to our floor, the first thing I noticed was that the floors were absolutely filthy. I’m super laid back, but this was downright gross. The TV/internet service was conveniently “down” for the duration of our stay, no one ever answered when I called downstairs to the lobby 3 different times. You can hear literally EVERYTHING through the walls and above and below you, just the water running in the bathroom above me was enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. It’s just a bummer. The views were perfect and the rooms at first glance were adorable- the stay could have been so wonderful- but it just wasn’t.

We had to stay here for a short time and it was exactly what we needed! The staff was great and we were so close to everything since we were mostly out in the day time. Only thing we didn’t like was that we had a room on the ground floor and it felt a bit unsafe having a sliding door right by the entrance of building. But the back deck was super cute to hangout and watch boats go by!

It’s a lot of places that you can go around the hotel. That’s the good thing I found. Bot I have a friend who came with me at this hotel and he ask to clean his room and they didn’t clean anything for him.

Went to check in at 5pm and room was not cleaned yet so we had to wait as they rushed to cleaned it. Overall the property is not that impressive. It’s an older hotel in the Water with budget updates but not worth the price they are asking.

With the upgrades they are working on doing this will be a cute property hopefully in the future. However when we arrived there was no hot water for showers and the door to our room had large gaps under and around the door making it feel unsafe to stay. We ended up checking out and staying at another hotel for the weekend.

Destin, better pick a better one.
The shower didn’t work and the room was dirty. Called the front desk about a lack of hot water but nothing ever happened and nobody came up to fix the shower handle. It took an average of 25 mins before the shower would heat up enough to make it comfortable. Dirty sink, shower and toilet as well. Breakfast downstairs was awful as well.

Great location! Price much cheaper than other hotels in the area. Staff is incredibly hospitable. Room cleanliness was average. But locations trumps everything - would definitely stay here again.
