Check in and out were very easy without any hassles. The outside area is bigger than the pictures show. The beach access is a 2 minute walk away but would need to get there early if you want near the water. Not because it is crowded, it is because even though it is public access, there is limited "public access" due to the condos on the beach roping off the section of the beach for their guest. But we were still able to set up out things and have room even after getting there around 12noon. The house is conveniently located near the main road and was easy to get to places. Walmart even delivers to the house so that was a plus as well.
