Family Vacation

Our first time to Destin. This property was perfect for us. 5 adults, 2 teens, a 6 yr old and 1 year old. This property has two full kitchens! The teens loved using the down stairs beach level kitchen. Property owner responded immediately when we were having problems with internet.The real bonus is the private beach! Also, permanent neighbor next door, Stephen, was extremely helpful.I would definitely recommend this property!

Best week ever!!

We had an amazing multi-family vacation! The house was as advertised…directly on the beach with private beach right in front of home! Easily rented set up for additional chairs and umbrellas. You cannot beat the location! The house is 3 levels and everything is very compact, but made for a great time for all! Although it is plenty big, it’s not spacious which we didn’t mind. It made for great interaction and memories with each other. One night we had a birthday dinner on our beach and we even pulled off the BEAT surprise proposal!!!Loved the beach towels provided and having 2 refrigerators. We had a couple of issues that were once addressed were taken care of IMMEDIATELY!! There are several restaurants walkable from the house and just across the street is a great coffee/sandwich shop that everyone loved!!If you’re looking for private, direct beach access and a clean house that fits lots of people- this is a GREAT place!!!

Exceptional Beach House

Beautiful vacation home with a beautiful private beach. Seriously, look no further. Beautiful views from every floor. Updated and very nicely decorated. Had everything we needed to relax and enjoy a much needed vacation. Kimberly, the owner, is great and came to introduce herself to us on the beach and make sure we had everything we needed. The beds and linens are fantastic! We all slept like babies. I really can't say enough about this place. We will definitely be returning.

Spectacular View

The property meets all expectations and then some. The gulf view is amazing! The property presents as advertised. We had a little hiccup when we first arrived relating to housekeeping, however, Kimberly was responsive and took care of the issue immediately. I can’t say enough, great things about Kimberly, the housekeeping company, and the neighbors we had while staying there. I would 100% recommend!! We cooked a couple of amazing meals and the kitchens were fully-stocked with everything we needed.and we also enjoyed a couple of the nearby seaside restaurants. We are ready to go back!

Destin House

The house was immaculately, clean and perfectly situated on the beach. Management was very attentive and responsive, and we had an amazing time. I highly recommend this house to anyone traveling with their family and friends. It was absolutely perfect.

Beautiful property, great view--more room than we needed.

We have never stayed at a property with a private beach and now I'm not sure I can ever go back to staying at a larger condo complex. The home was spacious, well furnished and the property manager was very quick to respond to a very minor issue we had with beach chairs--within an hour, 2 new chairs were delivered to the door. Will definitely be back.

Book it!

Our group of 9 (including 3 kids) loved it! It was so nice just walking right out to the beach. The space was nice and worked great for our families. Families with young children: there are two levels of stairs inside the house and no gates. The house is well stocked on cooking utensils but be prepared to purchase additional trash bags, laundry detergent (you only get one load’s worth and they require you to start a load of towels when you check out), one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, etc. Also, no sand toys provided.

Great location and beautiful views!

Couldn’t have asked for better location or setup for a family! We planned to spend a lot of time on the beach - ease of access was great, along with it being private. Property manager was accommodating and prompt with responses.
