Lo que se mostraba en las fotos y lo que nos ofrecieron no lo cumplieron. Los matraces horibles, el sofa cama terrble, mi hijo e hija tuvieron que dormir en el piso. Un caucho en vez de una cama bien incómoda no se pudo usar. El unico baño mi esposo lo tuvo que arreglar, pues se quedaba pegado. De dos noches tuve que quedarme una Espero que se me devuelva el dinero de la noche que no se utilizo, pues tuvimos que irnos para otro hotel para estar comodos despues de un viaje de mas de 6 horas.

Fine for just a place to sleep
Gulf Terrace was... fine. The property was was clean, but the beds weren't very comfortable. One of the headboards in the 2-double bed room was broken, so every time our daughter moved, it hit the wall. We also weren't quite prepared for it to feel like a white-collar prison, with walls made of painted over cinderblocks. While it is not the property owner's fault, the neighbors left a lot to be desired with screaming and yelling late into the night, their dog was barking, and one of them was often drunk and smoking in the hallway, leaving the walkway to our door smelling of cigarettes. One night we were woken from our sleep to pounding on what we thought was our door, and it was the neighbor, stuck outside with her unleashed dog, who then told me to shut our door because her dog would come into our place. Since we were mainly just there to sleep, it was okay, but I would look for somewhere else to stay in the future. I didn't think to take any pictures while there since it was so unimpressive.

It was in a perfect location and the area was super quiet. But we were N hour late getting checked in due to the room not being cleaned. There were no batteries in any of the remotes and the mattresses were terrible. You could have been just as comfortable sleeping on the floor as in the beds. Plus they were so noisy that every time someone moved it would wake up the whole room.

You get what you pay for.
The couches were not in good condition and the sofa cushions sunk down when sitting. The bed had a sunken middle, therefore the adults rolled to the middle qhile sleeping. Lots of ants in kitchen and a large sewer cockroach in the bathroom. Front door was not very secure. One good thing, lots of bath towels.

A nice location for a family trip to Destin
We had a great time in Destin. The Gulf Terrace condo we stayed in was located in a great spot. There is a hot dog/ice cream hut right outside the gate. Also a chik Fil A, Waffle House, several beach stores, a water park and “The Track“ go cart park. The beach is across the highway and in walking distance but there are private condo properties that own it. We drove our car a few blocks down the road and there’s plenty of parking at the public beach access area. Our condo rental was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies and there is a washer/dryer closet on the porch. We’d stay here again!

The worst place ever. Very run down. Pure nasty the sofas are torn and have a thousand pounds of stains and germs. Carpets are shags with filth just showing everywhere Do not waste your money on this crack house

There was a strong aftersmoke smell lingering. Couldn’t stay. The management was very understanding and quick to resolve a problem. Ended up staying at a different hotel, but happy nevertheless!
