Condo was great, amazing view, comfy bed, pool and hot tub were great. Big TVs, great patio, close to restaurants. No beach towels, just used bath towels. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and facilities. Beach access was right there and sand hose-off helped. Need kureg water filter and more (matching) coffee cups. Everything else was there and was terrific. Bed was very comfortable and bathrooms had great towels. Plan to go back in the spring! Thanks

The view was perfect no complaints.Balcony was covered in bird crap on balcony and all furniture.I cleaned it upon arrival. Garbage disposal was not working I also fixed it . No fault of owner I just know how to repair stuff. Room could use a refresh paint etc. The pool and hot tubs were great.

This condo’s location cannot be beat. Across the street from the grocery store, close to restaurants, right on the beach, and close to water parks. This property has a Tiki Bar where servers will swing by your umbrella to take drink and food orders. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! This is the main reason why we came back to this property.

This location is amazing! The unit was very clean and had an awesome view! I loved that the beach had chair and umbrella rentals so you didn’t have to lug everything down and it was direct access. Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful family resort.

We enjoyed our stay at the pelican. The resort was clean. Security was very diligent about checking arm bands. Which is appreciated to keep the facility limited to people staying in the resort. Tiki bar staff and waitress Whitney was very helpful, friendly and attentive. The poolWas clean and checked daily. Ivar from dolce vita did an amazing job taking care of beach service was awesome and well worth every penny. The view from our room was amazing. We had everything we could have possibly needed in our condo. We so enjoyed our stay!

Winter Family Getaway

Perfect view of Emerald beach!!

Absolutely perfect location on the beautiful white sand beach! Unit was very comfortable and clean! Elevators were under repair so that was slow due to being there in off season I’m sure! Loved our stay here!!

Beautiful resort, great host!

We traveled from WV to Destin for the first time and couldn’t be happier with the resort as a whole and the host of this unit specifically. We paid the complete amount all at once due to our travel plans being sort of spur of the moment. Unit/view = PERFECT! The host(s) were great providing all of the necessary information shortly after booking. Everything was very detailed down to the card shack being manned and how to enter etc. Some notes about little things we learned during our stay… The front zero entry pool and large hot tub are great however, in the off season the hot tub there and pool are closed at 5pm for some reason and security will walk around and make sure everyone is out exactly at 5. That pool is heated btw. The side pool was not heated and traveling in November did not provide the weather to swim in that cold water so it was not useful to us. There is a second very small like 4-5 person hot tub under the wooden thing by the tiki bar but it was usually packed once the big one was closed and only open until 10. There is also an indoor/outdoor smaller pool that is heated more towards the back by the grilling area and it was actually pretty warm even in the 50-60 degree nighttime weather. The kids enjoyed it. The tiki bar is not open after October and neither is the indoor cafe at the hotel which sorta sucked but it wasn’t a huge deal. Also don’t bring bottles by the pool at the beach as security will make you get rid of them which is understood.

Anniversary trip

The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location really enjoyed the balcony and the view was spectacular. The host was great and answered any questions promptly. Very much enjoyed our stay. Will stay again
