We did not have a pleasant experience on our extremely expensive family vacation. The water from second floor shower was leaking into the first floor master bathroom and dripping on my MIL while she was using the restroom. Above her was plywood covered in water stains and wet. We called it in to the maintenance. Not shown in pictures for their advertising. We have a big family so using the dishwasher is a must. That was leaking. Hand washed everything. The filters for the ac/heat vents were so dirty I could have made a blanket. The carpet was so nasty and stained I felt dirty after walking on it. Changed my socks before getting into bed. We paid extra for the pool heated daily. That broke after the first night. They said they would refund me. But now they say a credit for future stay. I would never stay with this management company again. A hotel would have been better and a lot cheaper. The gas grill was leaking gas so strong it was coming into the house! So scary. Everything was dirty, the baseboards. The pillows. This was truly one of the worst experiences we have ever had.
