  • Bienvenido a este hermoso edificio de condominios de tres pisos ubicado directamente en el Golfo de México. Sal a la derecha de la puerta y camina hacia la hermosa playa. Tendrá su propia playa privada que nunca está llena como los otros condominios de gran altura en el área. Y tendrá dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla para su uso personal cada mañana durante los meses de verano. Lleve el ascensor a esta unidad final espaciosa, condominio del segundo piso con pisos de baldosas a través de la salida. Dispone de 1 dormitorio con cama king size y 1 baño. Usted tiene su propia lavadora y secadora en el condominio, un hueco en el pasillo con literas, WIFI gratuito y una cocina renovada y completamente equipada con encimeras de granito. El salón / comedor ofrece un agradable bar. ¡Puedes caminar hacia tu balcón privado con vista al brillante Golfo de México! Juegue en la piscina climatizada frente al mar y en el jacuzzi o salga a una de las playas más hermosas del mundo.


    Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Para reservar debe ser mayor de 25 años o tener un tutor legal que permanezca en la unidad durante toda la estadía.

Just as advertised. Very clean, right on the beach, great beach chair/umbrella service. Great view of the ocean from our patio. No complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

1br/1bth sleeps 6, great bunks for kids. Remember to bring EVERYTHING. PT, TP, beach cups, beach towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, coffee/filters. We didn’t get the email until we were on our way down. Updated Appliances and bathrooms. Mattress and pillows were VERY GOOD!!

Seafarer Unit 114

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was disappointing. Communication with the office personnel was frustrating on several occasions. The mop/bucket/vacuum cleaner were all stored in the bedroom closet...that was disgusting. There is no chance of me hanging my clothes in the same space. The floors had clearly not been mopped for some time. I attached a photo of our socks after waling on the floor. The sofa was completely broken down.

Reviewer Comments: The Seafarer room 114 was great. Unfortunately, the weather was the worst week I’ve ever had in the 30 years I’ve been going to Destin if there’s anyway that I can get a few days in October at a very discount rate let me know I would love to come back and stay, but I felt like I spent so much money and the weather couldn’t go outside. It was rained the whole week and was cold, I know that’s not your fault but it made me so depressed. I really like the condo but as you know the beach is the most important and the weather is so please let me know if my wife and I can come back down at a discounted rate, have mercy on me.

18th Year at Seafarer, very disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love this room, but unless it gets a new matress and couch, I won't be able to stay in it again. I was there for 9 nights and I had to sleep on the floor for 6 of them because of how soft/wore out the matress was. I actually did the same thing last year, but I decided to give it a 2nd chance. The couch is the same way, worn out and unconfortable, had to bring in one of the Adirondack high chairs off balcony to sit on. Another problem was opening and closing the door, the door closer is worn out and droops stopping the door from opening or closing. I guess an engineer inspected the building and determined that the facility needs the support columns replaced, so the jacking and temporary columns were being added during our stay. I wish I could give a higher rating of my stay, because this was my 18 straight year staying here, but I'm sorry to say I can't. I guess my wife and I will probably have to find a different place to stay in the 's a shame, because I love the location and the people in the office and associated with this facility.

Beach stay perfection!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed with our two young children. Our stay was perfect and the office staff were so nice and helpful. The unit was perfect for us and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorite was of course the private beach access, it was a gorgeous beach with not a lot of people. Also loved that 2 beach chairs and an umbrella service was included and ready for us every day. There is a great restaurant within walking distance on the beach as well. Loved everything about our stay and we will definitely make the Seafarer our go to vacation stay.
