We really enjoyed this location for our first stay in Destin! There is a quick walk to the beach. There were not a lot of people on vacation during this time, so it was not crowded and very relaxing. Mrs. Lynda was very helpful and only a phone call away. We only walked for coffee and breakfast, but it is walking distance to some other great spots. The condo is set up just like the pictures. It is equipped with everything you will need. I will come back and I hope to stay here again! The beach chairs are a plus! I don’t have small children so only needing my 1 bag and book was very helpful. Each day our chairs were set up and waiting for us! This is as such a relaxing and soul refreshing trip!

Perfect Beach Getaway in Destin!

We had the most wonderful stay at this property in Destin! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short 5-10 minute walk to the soft white sand and emerald-green water. The home was spotless on arrival, with everything we needed for a comfortable week: fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and plenty of towels (including beach towels, which was a nice touch). We loved being close enough to walk to local restaurants and shops- target and Winn Dixie/publix across the street and food close by as well. Parking was easy, and check-in/check-out were completely seamless thanks to the great communication from the host.Our family of three (including a teen) had plenty of space to spread out. The community pool was sparkling clean, and we appreciated the quiet, relaxed vibe after a day at the beach.We will absolutely be booking this property again next time we’re in Destin—it truly felt like our home away from home!

Our first trip to Destin

Check-in was easy. Her instruction on how to enter the property and codes to get in the condo, pool area, and gate to walk across the bridge were explained and easy to understand. Condo was clean and very comfortable. We loved the chair and umbrella service on the beach that came with the room. Very cool views at night from the 2 balcony’s. The location of the condo was close to everything.

4th of July stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The 5 minute walk to the beach wasn't bad, and even on a holiday weekend, it wasn't super crowded at the beach. The best part was that we could see fireworks from the deck!

Fabulous vacation!

Stay was amazing. Condo was super beautiful in and out. Clean as could be. Lake is so nice when it’s lit up at night. Loved sitting on balconies, the patio sets are great. About 5 minutes walk to beach, which is the nicest around. Chairs and umbrella were set up every morning for us. Plenty of places within 10 minute walk of the room. Condo was decorated amazingly! Will definitely be back again.

We enjoyed the rental place, it was clean, had a great view on the balcony and had a private beach.The location was awesome, it was close to many restaurants and other attractions. Would definitely recommend staying at this place.

The condo is very nice with everything you need to make for a good vacation. Conveniently located to everything (restaurants,shops, grocery). Our host was excellent and we’ll be booking this condo for our next trip to Destin.

All you can ask for!

This place is absolutely amazing. You are steps from the beach and on the lake so you have great, calm views at home to relax after a day in the sun. Clean and well-provisioned. A lot of space. Quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly, and our dog loved it too. The property managers were super accommodating. We were evacuating from Milton and they allowed us to check in early and tag on an extra night for a reduced rate considering the circumstances and since our power still wasn’t on back home. We loved the place and hope to return for a real vacation soon.

Beautiful Beaches

Overall, the property was clean and nicely decorated. The location was convenient as the complex is near the main road.The beaches were absolutely gorgeous! There was quite a crowd each day. So nice to have a reserved umbrella and two chairs! The beach is definitely within walking distance, winding around the condos, over the bridge, and through pass gates. However, before renting the place, we were under the impression that we would be staying on the South side of the lake. This definitely had an impact on our proximity to the beach. Please be advised when driving to this condo. It is on the North side of the lake.

Great spot for a family getaway!

We enjoyed our long-weekend family beach getaway. The condo is situated waterfront on the north side of the lake providing relaxing views from both the upstairs and downstair balconies. Though not directly beachfront, the walk across the bridge truly took only about 6 minutes, and the condo has just about every beach/pool toy, float, umbrella, etc. that you could want...along with a collapsible wagon to haul it all. The beach service included as part of the condo reservation was a really nice feature. We had a front row spot with chairs and an umbrella ready for us every day. Lynda was very responsive and helpful to make sure we got started off right. We'll gladly stay here again on a future trip!

Found a new favorite spot in Destin

Nicely renovated townhome in a small, friendly community that was pet-friendly. We enjoyed time on both decks, and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. Overlooking the lake was unique, and the walk to the beach was short. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay and beach ready. Only need to bring toothbrush and swimsuit. Too many items to list readily available…beach toys, beach towels, child’s bed guard rails, cooler, beach chairs and umbrella…and much more! Great location for walking to restaurants and beach shopping. Major shops within short drive. We loved our stay!

Would not return again

I had rented a condo but was later told there was a leakage and we agreed to move to a condo that was not renovated. The pictures that we’re sent look fine. We were not sent any discount for not getting what we payed for. Once we got there, the condo looked clean but when I saw down on one of the beds it was filled with sand. The rooms had a weird sent but I tried to use some spays to mask the sent. I found fishing hooks on the floor, which could of caused a major problem with 2 dogs in the condo! The beds were very poor quality! The bunk beds were VERY unstable! The curtains were so thin that all of my family woke up at sunrise because of how much sunlight came through. All of the furnitures were dirty and the headrest for the beds were also dirty. The air conditioner was leaking and went through the master bedroom. We had to call the owners about the issue and the next day the issue was fixed. But the air conditioner was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Some of the plugs in the wall worked and others didn’t. The light in the master room stoped working and when the fan was on it was unstable and felt like it was going to fall. The second room’s bathroom was very poor, the fan had a loud sound that made our ears hurt. The view of the back porch was great and we saw many turtles, fish and birds but there was a broken piece on the porch big enough for one of my dogs to fall out of. The lock of the porch doors were rusted and hard to open and close. The kitchen was fine but only had 2 trash bags. There was very little amount of cheap soap. We ran out of toilet paper on the second day and had to buy our own for the rest of our stay. The bathrooms were dirty. The couches smelt like wet dogs. I found mold on the sides/ bottom of the sink. One office chair had a broken foot that would fall off when I moved it. The hot tub didn’t work and we couldn’t find a switch to turn it on. There was an issue with the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella but with the help of the owners the issue was fixed. We asked to leave the condo at 11 instead of 10 and was allowed without extra pay which was good. The only issue with that is, my family felt like we were being kicked out because the owners were waiting for us to leave before we started to take our things to the car. Overall the stay was poor and I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone.

Pure bliss!

Our stay here was amazing! We found the condo better than advertised with extreme thought given to the condo for a relaxing and comfortable stay. They have thought of everything, from the remote fans that kept the interior breezy and cool to the laundry baskets and wonderful washer and dryer to the comfortable couches perfect for napping and the amazing outdoor decks and furniture and more! Highly recommend!!
