My stay here was wonderful the room was awesome the views were amazing the beach was just a short walk the staff were super helpful. It was an amazing time. I'll definitely be staying here again

Great property and location

The property was very clean and in a perfect location. We used the kitchen quite a bit to prepare meals - it was very nice and updated. This property made our first trip to Destin very enjoyable

Relaxing Getaway

The condo is clean, nicely decorated, and has a beautiful view. The location is close by several restaurants, bars, and stores. I recommend booking beach chairs through Dolce Vita in advance if you want a seat closer to the water. The tiki bar at the resort has servers that come take your food and drink orders on the beach. It was fabulous! Bob, the host, is great! Excellent communication throughout the entire booking process and stay. Check-in was quick and easy. The elevators can get a bit busy on weekends but that’s expected. We had a wonderful time, our only regret was not staying longer! Highly recommend. Thank you, Bob!

Awesome Condo and Location!

This was our first time to Destin and this condo did not disappoint. Perfect location and perfect beach. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and beautiful beach

Great time. Hosts responded within minutes when i had questions. Locations is great, right on the beach and walking distance to some shops. Ubers available if needed. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

Easy vacation

Great spot, condo was clean and spacious. Beautiful view of the Gulf of America. Only issue was with the elevators that were daily being worked on.

Right on the Beach!

A friend and I spent the weekend in this truly elegant beach-front condo. It was sparkling clean, nicely furnished and well-appointed with kitchen gear. (Bring your own coffee pods.) The balcony easily seats four in comfortable chairs and small side tables. The view is jaw-dropping!!! An amazing array of colors had us snapping lots of photos.I stayed in the primary suite and my friend chose to sleep in the bunk bed tucked in the hallway. She was comfy enough, but said it wouldn't be good for a taller person. Great for kids though!We were impressed by the Pelican Beach Resort, as it is directly on the beach, which many are not. It has a nice little on-site cafe for breakfast and lunch, and a Tiki Bar on the beach with a great selection of drinks and a darling waitress who brings them to you. The umbrella/chair rental is reasonable and very well managed by a friendly guy who knows how to take care of his customers.The Welcome Packet pointed some very good restaurants within daytime walking distance, but we wouldn't have walked it at night. Lots of major stores are nearby, along with fast food places. Seems like the area is great for kids activity with the Big Kahuna Water Park across the street. We can't wait to come back and maybe spend a whole week next time. You'll love it!

Fabulous apartment…perfect location.

My husband and I had a fabulous time. It was our first time in Destin and it couldn’t be more perfect. Getting up in the morning to have coffee on the balcony, looking over the Gulf was amazing, the apartment was perfect and I would definitely recommend it. The owners had put their heart and soul into this lovely property and it had so many extras. Excellent. It felt like home.

Great place

Can’t say enough about the host, the room and the resort. We love it here and Bob is a great host. The condo is well stocked , clean and the staff at the front desk is helpful. We love the cafe. It’s open a little less in the off season but it’s fun place regardless.

Beautiful condo right on the gulf

We had a great time , the condo was amazing.The location was fairly central located . Our building was clean and both pools were crystal clear . The only bummer was , apparently there is an “off season”, and many restaurants/bars and attractions were closed .

One week during Christmas

The property was accurately shown in the listing. Check-in was a bit slow as the receptionist had no information about who we were or what unit we rented. You must have all the paperwork handy or the process will be slow. All the advertised amenities necessary for the stay were included and the kitchen was well-equipped although we only had breakfast there. The bedroom was nice with adequate storage and the bed was just ok. The living room was nice and all the tv's worked fine. The unit could use a new sofa. The lights didn't work in the refrigerator or under the microwave. The view of the beach was fantastic. All communication with the owner was quick and helpful. EV recharge facilities were available on the parking lot deck but there was no information about its availability or rates. Overall the unit was worth coming back to and the owner was very helpful.
