The unit was very nice however there was major construction of a new building next to us on one side and more construction on the other side. The driveway is very tight and all the crews made it difficult. Had we been aware we would have asked to be rebooked at another location.

This was a perfect option for our family as we have an adult daughter with special needs which renders hotel stays impossible. Three bedrooms on the same floor, washer and dryer, two bathrooms with showers on same floor as bedrooms, one bathroom on second floor next to the living room and kitchen. The little reading nook off of the living room area allowed us to get a little break while still keeping an eye on our daughter as she watched her shows in the living room. Very clean, well stocked kitchen utensils and pots/pans, beautiful view from the deck. It is less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach access at Shirah. Our only downside was the construction taking place in the condo directly next door as it produced a lot of noise during the day, but that is not a ding against the condo we stayed in as they obviously had no control over it. We will definitely stay here again after all construction next door is completed. Beautiful!

Our stay at this Destin condo was great. The property was very clean, well decorated, and had a nice view of the water from the deck. The location was ideal for being able to walk right across the street to the beach, but off the beaten path enough to avoid the crowd and traffic. Overall it was a quiet and relaxing retreat just close enough to sun fun at the beach as well as nearby shops and etc. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay

Thank you for our staycation! The townhouse was beautiful, spacious and clean. The desk outside was my favorite part for drinking coffee in the morning. We loved the easy check in and check out process. The only downside of that vacation was limited beach access. We did not know there is a small area roped off for public access. It was not a far walk from where we stayed but the small public beach access was packed early in the morning so we walked about a mile down the beach to the next roped off public beach access spot. It would probably be better going here during the off season when there is less people. All in all, we still enjoyed our vacation and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay in! Thank you so much!

We loved it! So clean! Fully stocked with everything you need. Loved all the lighting. Lot's of mirrors for people to get ready for the day if the bathrooms are in use. The beach access was fine, not too far. And the beach was amazing! One thing to bring would be beach towels as they were not provided. Otherwise, this property is absolutely amazing!

The townhouse was amazing. We were disappointed in the beach access, also we didn’t find a place where we could walk the dog that was pet friendly to do their business . The beach gear was awesome but didn’t have a water hose to properly clean it for the return.

Great stay!

We stayed for a holiday long weekend and had a great time. The location was great and convenient. The house was spotless and welcoming. The extra touches were thoughtful and added convenience. Would definitely rent again.

Great Location!

Loved the place, not to far to crystal beach access. Only thing missing for us was a grill. Has everything else, perfect for staying active with all the stairs. We enjoyed our stay!

Best Nook in town...

Loved the property, right across from beach but you do have to use public access or at we did. Townhome was perfect and loved the deck. You can see the ocean!!

Great vacation spot

This was one of the best beach haven on the Emerald Coast. Lots of space and quiet.. Great suset views and close to plenty restaurants. Great location.

Beautiful Location

Beautiful location! Beautiful home and very spacious. Had all the features you would want. The beach view from the deck and living room was beautiful. Communication with property manager was very responsive. Our only issue was beach access. With access directly across the street, you had to walk 0.7miles to get to Shirah Beach access. Would be nice to work something out with the place across the street to allow access to that area of the beach. Oven Mitts - no oven mitts in the kitchen and I had use towels to take items out of the oven. Need oven mitts! Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful Good Location

Location is in a quiet townhome community next to The Henderson Resort. Good layout, comfortable beds. Beach entrance is a 5-10 minute walk unless you want to pay for parking, you will need to provide your own beach chairs and umbrella, or rent a set up. Very little traffic. Recommend Camilles for breakfast and the best coffee and definitely look into Resort Pass to purchase a day pass to the Henderson Pool(s), great day spent there, even into the evening. Roof top bar for sunset and coastal view. Enjoyed our 6 night stay and hated to leave.

Sea Perch Perfect

Very clean, well appointed, nice decor. Location at the end of Scenic US 98, and next to Henderson Beach State Park made for a quiet environment. Close to restaurants, shopping and only 7 min. walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Destin Winter Getaway

We spent 2 1/2 weeks at Sea Perch and our stay could not have been better. Townhouse was clean, well appointed, nice decor, and a huge sunny deck. It’s location next to Henderson Beach State Park, and at the end of Scenic US 98 made for a very peaceful stay. The beach was a 7 min. walk, with restaurants and shopping near by. Highly recommend you take a trip to Sea Perch!

Pests !!

We booked a 4 week stay at the home. Really a nice home and location, end of 2nd week we noticed cockroaches in the pantry and in garbage can. We contacted maintenance right away and also for 6 days in a row to come spray for them and no response. Unacceptable response time and could not stay with cockroaches so we suffered for a week and finally left a week early. Asked for credit for last week and they stated NO REFUNDS. No response back from owner either. Spinning the wheel on this one, being a property owner myself, I hate to send a bad review but it was unacceptable and owners / management did nothing to fix the problem.

This place is a jewel!

We loved our stay at Sea Perch! It was so nice and clean. We could smell how clean it was as soon as we walked in. The house was decorated so nicely and comfortably. We had everything we needed there. This townhome is located in a very nice area and felt super safe and secluded in its own way. We loved how cozy it felt. We’d love to come back and stay again.

Beautiful Ocean View - Lovely, Clean, and Comfortable

We loved our stay! We had everything that was needed and more. The beds were comfortable, we had more than expected in products. We come to Destin every year and this location is perfect, right in the middle of everything but very private. Linda
