Disappointed :(

1) Floors were dirty at arrival. We purchased cleaning pads and did our best to make it better. 2) I realize the building is old and it’s August but sleeping in master bedroom is warm and uncomfortable. We used a dirty box fan beside the bed at night. 3) The washer and dryer should be replaced based on the cosmetic condition and operation. We choose to rent condos, and pack limited clothing because we expect the convenience of using a washer and dryer almost daily. At the end of a wash cycle, clothing is saturated because washer does not adequately spin. We have been ringing out our clothing and using a drying rack along with box fan to dry clothing. Overall, RealJoy did the right thing and refunded a percentage of the stay which made me feel much better.

Wonderful Stay

We loved the location. It was so easy to walk out 4 and 2 year old to the beach. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. I thought it was great they didn't have a lot of decor around for little kids to get their hands on. I would love to stay here again.

Best Stay Ever

During the beginning of beach season it’s hard to find that perfect place to stay especially right on the beach . It was kinda last minute booking for use but for the price and location we got lucky . I definitely will be booking again . This is now my preferred place to stay overlooking the ocean and able to go right down to the beach and enjoy it . A++ Rating from me . Highly recommend.

Misleading info in description

The unit itself was great! The view was beautiful and beach as fantastic as always! Been to Destin several times and always a wonderful experience. However shoreline towers was misleading and not entirely honest with their listing we stayed in. We booked very last minute and in the description it said balconies open in tower 1 January 30th. So I booked, not the case called on our way saying we couldn’t use balcony until 2 days before our trip was up. So we wait and get excited to actually use the balcony and nope told it is not open to use now until 4/22. Was also aware there was construction but it stated in the description that that would be from 8-5. One morning we had workers on our balcony at 6:30am pounding.

Beautiful Beaches

The beaches were wonderful. The property is older and shows it's use as a vrbo. Toilet didnt flush properly, one seat was not connected, there were two stains in the carpet on the master, cracked and missing stucco poorly painted over on the blacony, outside light not working, bad patch on window screen and master bedroom doesn't get cool; however, the location and views were wonderful. We were worried about traveling during covid. This was touchless renting. The place was clean and all materials wrapped. The owners left fun beach supplies for the kids (we left the ones we bought for others too) and everything you could need is in the unit. We had a lovely time. For this price point it's a good value. The only serious negative for us was the communication from the property management company. They sent us the instructions on getting there 20 minutes before check in. Part of that was a request for parking information that was to be submitted days before hand. We had a difficult time connecting with anyone and when we did the response was “check your spam.” There wasn't anything in the spam. Luckily we were able to connect with security and get it sorted before we arrived. Still the response was poorly managed, stress-inducing and handled horribly.

Great location on the beach for group getaway! We enjoyed the view. I do suggest they replace the toilet in master bedroom since it seems slow to flush completely. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful condo on amazing beach

The condo is beautiful - very comfortable and tastefully decorated. We loved how the beach had umbrellas and chairs available. There were a couple of minor issues - there was no hot water from the kitchen sink, The dishwasher wouldn’t release the soap, and the ice machine was very difficult to figure out on the refrigerator. Despite those minor things, I would definitely come back to the condo with my friends.

We absolutely loved this property. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location was central to all of the activities that we wanted to do around Destin and nothing could beat that amazing view!
