The condo was spacious and homey. The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure was great, the WiFi was fast, and the TV was great! The host was wonderful in communication and coordinating a late check out. Check in/ check out was very easy! Not a must, but blackout curtains would be nice in the master due to the morning sun. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would totally stay again!

Exactly as pictured

The place was exactly as portrayed. We loved the view from our balcony, and the place was clean. We loved access to the private beach and used it daily during our stay. The location is perfect for staying in Destin.

Where do I begin?! This condo is so stunning! We absolutely loved our stay here. The beds were comfy the condo was clean. The location is perfect! The owner is so sweet and communication with her was so easy and prompt. We will be staying here again!

Very Family Friendly 🐬

This property was a great place for my family of four (5 & 2). The owner provided chairs and an umbrella for us to use during our stay. My son loved the “Toy Box” down by the beach for toys. It was so convenient to be so close to the pools and beach so we could come and go. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing Resort and Unit

We had a wonderful stay at Pelican Beach Resort. The property itself has 3 pools, a pool/beachside tiki bar and cafe, is right on the beach, and is very close to shopping, food, and activities. The unit itself was just as described. It was clean, stocked with starter items like toilet paper, and has any kitchen appliance you could possibly need for your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, which was an added bonus. We did not have any issues, but I did have a few questions and the owner was extremely responsive and kind. If you are looking for a clean, nice, beachfront condo with tons of activities, I highly recommend this place. We are a family with two adults in our 30s and a 5 year old. I will rent from this owner on future Destin vacations

Great location, Great host

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Destin. The condo was the perfect size for my wife, daughter and in-laws. Had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. Great location and close to everything. Every person that worked at the facility was very nice and they make sure you enjoy your stay. The tiki bar is a big bonus and they have a great selection of drinks for all ages. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. Our flight home was delayed and we would have missed our connection. We had to book another flight for the following day. I reached out to our host praying we could stay in the condo 1 more night as a hotel would have been more expensive. The room was booked however the host was able to find us another room that was smaller but would be just fine for 1 night. She also went out of her way and charged us half price because of our inconvenience. She definitely did not need to do that but we were very appreciative. We will definitely stay there again!!!

Family Vacation with infant and toddler

The property and the condominium have a lot of great amenities. Very clean pools. The beach rental was very convenient and easy with two kiddos. Loved the pool and beach service for food and drink. The condo was as described as pictured and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The only issue that we had was that the door did not have a bolt where you can lock the door from inside. We have a toddler and he could just open up the door on his own, very scary. We were on high alert the entire time.

Spring break

Our family booked this unit for our family spring break trip. The unit was very clean and exactly as the pictures showed. We enjoyed the pools at the resort as well as the private beach access that is part of the resort. The location of the resort is great for visiting local restaurants and Destin activities. Check-in process was easy. Would definitely book this unit again.

The furnishings were nice, and had a great beach vibe. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with nice cookware, dishes, utensils, and newer appliances. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!🙏
