We had an excellent time in Destin! The condo was clean and provided plenty of space for our family of 5. We loved the large sliding doors and beautiful view of the ocean. The location was very convenient and close to many restaurants. We enjoyed some wonderful days at the ocean and also enjoyed the beautiful pool area and hot tub. Highly recommend!

Condo was very comfortable and roomy for 3 adults. We had a great, unobstructed view of the Gulf, with the beautiful white sand beach. We were very disappointed that the pool was not heated, so were the residents that live there.

Our ocean view stay was absolutely perfect. Being able to watch the ocean and hear the waves right from the bed and living room was exactly what we needed—it was so peaceful and relaxing.The beach and water were incredible. The sand was soft and white, and the water was beautifully clear. One of the highlights was watching the dolphins—it was so much fun and made the experience even more special.We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would highly recommend it!
Water was refreshing and fun.
Balcony is right on the beach. Sunsets are stunning.
Can see and hear the water from the living room and bedroom.

Our host was fantastic with communication which made getting in our unit a breeze. The unit was very clean, all appliances functioned properly, the master bath stood out with a great shower. The master bed was super comfortable as was the couch and recliners. The balcony was wonderful, very large and with lots of places to sit or lie die. The walk to the beach was nice and led right to the ocean and there were locks everywhere which made me feel safe. The host honestly had the best communication of anywhere we have stayed in Destin or Pensacola. Would stay here again.

Parking was easy but getting a cart from 1st floor then to 2nd floor garage n back into bldg wasakeard n a little challenging. It was clean. More paper towels n bathroom tissue would be better when staying a week. Nice view of beach n nice balcony lounges. The a/c seemed to be locked n couldn't be changed. We needed it cooler at times and couldn't make changes. Great recliner chairs is one of the biggest reasons we booked the room! We always look for recliners!

The view was spectacular! The balcony was spacious enough for all four of us to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked and the manager communicated very well with us.Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

This condo was amazing! The view from the balcony is priceless. We enjoyed the private beach, it was not packed at all. Several mornings we got to see dolphins from the balcony. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, if I had a question it was answered very quickly! The condo was very clean as well. I would recommend this condo for anyone going to stay in Destin!

Check-in was okay, though the wrong passcode was provided at first. I had to reach out for a new one, but the host was quick to respond and got it sorted right away. The condo itself is beautiful with a 10/10 view, and the location is hard to beat. Just a heads-up: the place is stocked pretty minimally only 1 paper towel roll and 2 toilet paper rolls were provided, with no kitchen towel or beach items and a few more minimal items. We ended up having some added costs for our family because of that. Overall, though, it’s a gorgeous unit and we would recommend it, just with that one “warning” in mind.

The condo was absolutely wonderful. The only complaint I have is related to Destin Towers prohibiting the use of canopies and only allowing you to place your own chairs and umbrella behind the umbrella/chair rentals. You can hardly walk to the beach without violating someone’s space. They are monopolizing the beach. We rented the chairs for a couple days but felt like you had no privacy….spaced too close together.

Chris was very responsive in communication. The condo was extremely clean and beautiful. The views of the water were amazing. We even saw 4 dolphins from the balcony the 1st morning we were there. Will definitely stay here again!!

Our stay was perfect! The condo was great! The beds and pillows were comfy. Communicating with Chris was a breeze. The fridge stayed nice and cold. The balcony area was big and beautiful! Would definitely recommend. Next door walking distance- seafood market, dunkin, Alvin’s, and the water park.

Destin Trip for Daughters Birthday

The only negative is that the beach service is on your own, and not part of the rental. The property was nice and we loved the beach front view and gated property.

Spectacular condo

The view was amazing! The condo is directly on the beach and exceeded our expectations in every aspect. It was the perfect size for our group, extremely clean and decorated very cute. It is close to great restaurants and a ton of shopping.
