Grabbed this rental at last minute due to scheduling changes at work therefore I simply went by location at this point. Was called ahead of time to verify time of arrival which was ok, arrived where I met the woman that went over the “rules and guidelines” as I signed a paper, for handed 2 sets of keys, each with the entry gate clicker. Now for the bad, as we brought our stuff in we started noticing things right off. Master bed had a huge stain on the comforter, the light bulbs was mismatched in color temp, dryer was full of lent and had not been cleaned before our arrival whatsoever, the sleeper sofa bedding had crumbs and trash in it along with it not being cleaned, the fire alarm battery was going dead so we had to listen to that, the master closet light was going out and would flicker as if it had a short, that’s just some of the things, curious after reading this if I will be refunded my cleaning fee as the place was not clean whatsoever before we got in there. We washed the sleeper sofa bedding, all towels(of course) and pillow cases before us leaving. Now for the good, again, it’s in a good location as the boat dock is literally in front of this place....but the door to go down is blocked so you have to go outside the entry vehicle gate through the parking lot and around which sucks. Decent food and shopping within a short walking distance which helped. It did come with Wifi which was good, no laundry detergent or even a sample to have things washed before leaving. Someone shouldn’t have to make trips to Walmart to gather cleaning supplies for a place that should offer these items let alone give enough for the stay. There was 2 dishwashing detergent pods left for the record. Will we stay here again? Probably not, whoever this condo is, perhaps they are content with everything how it is and that is understandable but leasing out to clients it’s not good business. Everything should be in great condition and up to date. My opinion. Reason behind the 3 stars is the mainly the location.
