Amazing

Everything was just as pictured! Condo was very clean and all the beds were comfy! We loved that it was right across the road from the beach. Having the beach chair service was the best!! We loved spending our evenings on the balcony!!! The location was convenient too!!

Didn’t want to leave!

We loved our stay here and wished we didn’t have to leave! It was such a blessing to have the beach right across the street. The free beach chairs and umbrella set up that was available at the time we were there was a life saver! We had a blast and cannot wait to go back!

Nice Place to stay

Clean very close to the beach. Quiet and very close to everything. Our only issue is it rained too much. This property is worth the cost based on the other properties around it. The beach access is directly across the street and it was nice to have beach chairs and umbrella provided. Caretakers were fast to respond and very helpful.

Accommodations were perfect for our family. Access to beach was very nice. My only complaint would be that I wish the weather had been a little warmer, but otherwise it was perfect. Grandson loved the pool. White sandy beach was beautiful!

Convenient — Not as nice as pictured.

It’s a decent property. Wasn’t a fan of the huge black mold spots on the master bedroom ceiling or the mold seeping out of the paint on one of the living room walls above the back door. The beds were not that great but after being on the beach you don’t really care. Plenty of towels to use. The fridge gave out when we were there — told the management company about it and got a nice lesson on how fridges work. Wouldn’t stay here again but it was sufficient.

Very disappointed in the unit.

We love Destin. Upon arrival when we entered the unit we found cockroaches boxes in the kitchen with dead cockroaches in them. Then we walked out on the balcony the door to the balcony the door knob would not work. Called maintenance they came and fixed it. Other door knobs was loose. Then we noticed they were no ice nowhere on the property, we were hot and thirsty was wanting a drink. We went to the refrigerator, hoping that we had a icemaker, but there wasn’t one and one tray only for five people. The boys decided to go swimming. We went to the swimming pool to cool off. Then we realized the pool had no pump or filtration on it. It was just like a pond, hot stale water. Three TVs in the unit only one worked correctly and it was in the smaller bedroom. The Internet was poor with low reception. Then we decided to go to the beach which is beautiful so after we enjoyed the beach, we came back to the unit to take a shower to get ready for dinner found out there was no water pressure very little not enough to even get the sand out of your hair so very disappointed. Then we went to take the trash out. There was no extra trash bags in the unit, bathroom or for the kitchen. Each day we went to enjoy the beach and we went down to the umbrella set up my two sons brought 2 chairs and 1 umbrella which we were told we cannot use, cause it was a private beach but we were only told this towards the end of the week. No extra sheets in unit for a week stay. I also received a bad rash.

Great Vacation

This will always be one of our favorite condos in Destin. Always clean and just a short walk to the beach. The property manager was great and easy to book with. This wasnt our first stay at this condo and hopefully not out last.

Really good Condo

We loved our stay at the condo. Very convenient access to the beach, clean and just wonderful property. The manager was easy to communicate to and was very helpful. We also loved the beach chairs and umbrella that came with the rent. Highly recommend to stay with family!
