Adventure on the coast.

It was great!!!! No problems just not enough time to do all you would like to do. Weather was great!! Condo was nice and clean. Had a fabulous view of the ocean.

Ocean front stay

We had 2 large families (14 people total) in this spacious apartment. There was plenty of seating at a large dining table, around the kitchen counter, and on the balcony. The view off the balcony was unreal! This beach was gorgeous! We loved how well stocked the kitchen was. Enough plates and bowls and silverware for us all. Usually places have 4 plates etc and we have to eat off paper, but this was well stocked. Lots of pots and pans too. The sand toys in the closet were well appreciated. Our only complaints were a squeaky ceiling fan upstairs, the bunkbeds were also very squeaky and we were sad that the windows didn’t open for us to listen to the ocean at night, but all in all it was a wonderful place.

Family fall vacation

The location of the property was excellent. It was right on the beach. We had two balconies to view the water. We enjoyed the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The living area was spacious. The only issue we had was with the refrigerator/freezer. The refrigerator was not working at all and the freezer partially worked. I contacted the agent on Sunday and she contacted a repair man who came out the next day.

Golf trip with the boys

Had a several day golf trip with friends from all over the country. Stayed three nights. Had a great time. View was beautiful, place was nice, but needs some work on updating some of the amenities. New carpet needed on stairs, patio furniture, broken, some faucets in bathroom loose. But it was a good stay and we enjoyed our time there

Love 501

The lay out of the unit is perfect for two families. Gulf views from all three bedrooms and the entire first floor brought in so much natural light and scenic views where ever you sat. The online photos of the outdoor furniture was very misleading. The furniture is actually falling apart and in horrible disrepair on the first floor balcony. Michelle at Destin Beach Realty was wonderful to work with. We had a TV issue and she immediately had a new one installed. Unfortunately we did not know the pool area was under repair, so it was unavailable the entire 15 days we were there I will rent again and again! Please replace outdoor furniture and buy a new skillet 🍳

Very spacious with great views

Very spacious and great views. All codes worked on first attempt and car pass was waiting in the property. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and sufficient storage; the kitchen had all required appliances; there was also a washer and dryer upstairs. The Internet held up apart from during one storm (to be expected), however, it was a shame there was no streaming services - there's only standard TV with no Internet connectivity. Additionally, there's slight wear and tear - in particular, a few of the blinds were broken so we left them closed. The lock was broken on the main patio door and also on the front door (but it's still a pin-code entry and has a chain). Be aware that on your final day, the door code may change - I've raised the issue so it shouldn't happen again, but just in case, prop the door open if you're taking the trash out. Overall, a really nice property with great access to the beach and not too far from the shops. Apart from the minor niggles above, we couldn't have asked for anything more and I'd happily book again.

Annual visit

Plenty of room. Eight adults in our party. Excellent lighting. Two balconies with great view. Well equipped kitchen. Everything well maintained. Showers need hand rails. Broken chairs on both balconies need to be repaired or removed. Beach service is excellent. Secure grounds. Excellent location.

Spacious Condo

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children, 2 and under, stayed in this beautiful condo. It was very spacious, and the little ones had an area to play while the adults could read or watch TV. The condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything that we needed. It was exactly as it was advertised in the listing. It was just perfect and everyone loved it. We'll be back!
