The house was wonderful, kitchen stocked with many appliances but lacked basics, like seasonings, only 1 trash bag in the can, no coffee filters or complimentary coffee. A curtesy box of soap/laundry pod provided in kitchen and all bathrooms but master bathroom. No beach towels available.

Great location and real nice with all conveniences . Only issue was at night of colder Downstairs and warmer upstairs. Reason only one Air conditioner for both floors which you don’t see anymore

The property is in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and centrally located to everything Destin. The home's decor was very pleasing and comfortable. The outdoor patio was our morning and nighttime hangout.

Property was clean, close to a beautiful beach, and was roomy for our party of 8. It was well appointed with kitchen supplies. Booked the property for a week so we would have greatly appreciated some paper plates and trash bages, salt and pepper. We could have used a week's supply of dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and bath soap.

Perfect beach vacation!

We loved the house! Perfect for our family. The house had everything we needed to cook in and out. Beautiful front porch and deck for enjoying the outdoors. A quick walk to the beach for early morning surf casting and evening crab viewing with the grandkids. Looking forward to booking same house for next year!

Beautiful

This property was perfect for our group. My parents had the first floor master, and my husband and I and our 3 kids were in the 2 bedrooms and loft upstairs. Everyone was comfortable and we all thought the house was very clean and had everything we needed. We have been staying in houses on Clipper Cove, one street over, for years. We love this area and it was very nice this year to be even closer to the beach access and to have a great pool directly across the street. Our walk to the beach was a breeze! In the past we have always rented a golf cart and that was not necessary here. We also loved being so close to Camille’s! We will definitely stay here again sometime!

Great weekend getaway

Our new Home away from Home

There are so many things to list about this house that I don't know where to start. This house was a luxury in every way. Living area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well kept and well stocked. Every need was fulfilled. There is a block walk to the beach and a nice restaurant. The community pool was across the street and was never crowded. Grocery shopping was a few blocks away. The neighborhood was quiet. We found our Destin Home. I will be visiting again and again!

Wonderful home!

This home was perfect for our trip to Destin! Plenty of kitchen items, towels and chairs for the beach! The home was very clean and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows.The location of this house to everything we needed from the beach to the grocery store was amazing!! We literally took less than 50 steps to get to the pool too! I would definitely return with our family to this home!

Relaxing Getaway

It was the perfect location! It was only a short walk to the beach. The pool was convenient just right across the street. Everything we needed was only minutes away - from groceries to restaurants and shopping. It was great to relax and enjoy time with family and friends.

Great all the way around!

A lot of condos/vacation homes skimp on the basics like cutlery, cooking utensils, and linens. That does NOT apply to this vacation home. Comfortable, with plenty of room for our 10 people, and a super close location to the beach. We will definitely be returning again.

Sweet cottage I

I had walked around that area when we lived in Destin. First time back in years for granddaughter wedding on beach at Henderson. Great cottage to relax. Thank you. Ps. Need bars in Master bath. Hard for me to shower. Tile floor also slippery when moisture on it.

Wedding Weekend

I was very happy and impressed with the detailed and friendly instructions and liked the helpful reminders .We were also impressed by the furnishings and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms! (Only wishing for salt and pepper in kitchen) and upstairs bedrooms a little warm, but this is FL! Would definitely rent this again and would highly,recommend it! A really Wonderful and well located house!
