  • Summary:
    This cozy beach cottage is located off Destin off Scenic Gulf Drive- walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The quiet neighborhood offers family friendly amenities including a community pool, volley ball and BBQ grills. Terra Cotta is perfect for a relaxing vacation, yet close enough to all the excitement Destin has to offer.

    The Space:
    Walk inside to the living room, with two large sofas that both convert to sleepers and allow for plenty of seating. The dining area can also be used as a desk with the fully stocked kitchen behind overlooking the private back yard. Each of the 2 bedrooms have private bathrooms, perfect for couples or added privacy. This home has everything you need for a perfect family vacation or relaxing weekend getaway.

    The Neighborhood:
    Quiet neighborhood just across the street from the beach with amenities including community pool, volley ball, community grills and beach access.

    Getting Around:
    The area is walking and bike friendly, The habor and other attactions are just a short drive away.

Wonderful stay in a lovely neighborhood. About a 10 minute walk from beach access, lots of restaurants and attractions in driving distance. Space for 1 vehicle

The house was as described. Every thing was on it's place (tidy) but not clean. See attached pictures. One picture show an area around the stove the second picture show residue from which l wipe down some areas. It should also be stated that you should not lock the bottom lock because you will lock yourself out. ( Yes, this happened to us). We forgot we were not at home and didn't have a key. Amanda did come to unlock the door. Thanks!, but I was told fortunately she was in the area. Did that mean if she wasn't in the area that we would have just been locked out?
