Good place for location

We enjoyed our stay. The house upkeep is moderate but still clean enough. The house works well for big groups of people. Parking is limited for the amount of guests allowed to stay. Overall good place and would stay again.

I was well pleased. Had a couple of things. Blood was on the comforter in the downstairs bathroom and the bed on the second floor had a bunch of hair in it. I loved the security and felt very safe with my family!

Ok, but wouldn't rent again.

All way fine until they wanted to charge us for a missing TV. It really soured the stay. The house had plenty of space with new floors but still needed many updates. Dishwasher didn't work properly, dirty base boards, couch on second floor had no support and you sunk when you sat on it. Insufficient utensils in the kitchen and cabinet shelves were dirty. Bathrooms were grubby and walls had multiple stains on it. Sawdust on the porch cushions. Pool area was very nice though. We really wanted to love this rental but unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience.

Coral - Kono Way

The property had plenty of space. There were nine of us and the home had plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone. The beds in the home were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary supplies for preparing meals. The home is in need of some minor updates. It is obvious that someone has touched up the walls with paint, but the coverup color is not the same shade as the original. When we arrived there were four dirty towels shoved in one of the closets upstairs that were found when we were hanging up our clothes. There was no iron, so we bought one. There is a nice pool onsite, but no one notified me prior to our arrival that wristbands were necessary to go to the pool. A staff member at the pool stated the wristbands should be present in the home and we couldn’t enter the pool without them. She also notified me that if all the wristbands weren’t present in the home, I would be charged. Upon returning to the home and searching the entire house, there were no wristbands. I called the rental company, AvantStay, and was able to immediately speak with someone. The wristbands necessary for the pool were delivered in about four hours to the home. There is also parking for three cars in the driveway, you cannot park on the street and risk being towed if you do. You can get three cars in the driveway, but your passengers must get out before you park or climb out the trunk. The neighborhood is gated and well maintained. It’s about a 12-minute walk to the beach. There is a business card for a shuttle service in the home to contact for transportation to the beach. We didn’t use this service while there. Instead we got up early and parked at the Crab Trap. Be mindful that spaces fill quickly and if you wait, you won’t find a parking spot, so the shuttle may be worth it. All in all, despite some minor hiccups I would stay here again if coming with a large group of people.

Enjoyed the stay but

We really enjoyed the stay it was a great location it was clean the only thing I was not pleased about was the parking you are only allowed 3 vehicles but the house can take up to 15guest my thought how would you fit 15guest in 3 vehicles if driving now they do offer a “guest parking” but 98% of the time there are no parking available because it only consist of about 10 parking spots and once someone parks their vehicle they do not move. So we were force to find parking off property which was very scary bc you aren’t sure if you’ll be towed or not bc there is no public parking areas locally. Also the house did have a few things that could be updated but it was more cosmetic than anything and HOA is on property and will bother you about every little thing but it’s their job just follow the rules and things should be great!

Perfect for large groups!

This home was perfect for me and my 10 friends. Clean. Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Lots of towels + beach towels! I was impressed at how each shower was hot, even with 11 people getting ready at the same time! Furniture is nice and clean. The beds were super comfy! Beautiful home and would definitely recommend.

Large group getaway

This property is great for large groups with lots of real beds to sleep on and spacious bathrooms. The second floor family room was nice for the teenagers to have their own place to hang out.
