This house was perfection… perfect location just steps to the beach. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Took a 30 min drive and chartered a boat to crab island which was a perfect day! This house was clean and well stocked and decorated beautifully. We were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this home. Highlights were three large bedrooms each with their own bath; basement bunk room for the kiddos and very short walk to the neighborhood beach access walkway. The pool was nice as well.

I wish I could give this property a bad review so we could keep it all to ourselves, but it was fantastic. It's a great place to stay as a family. I will say if you plan on using the bunks on the first floor you may want to bring a mattress cover or just forgo them all together and bring air mattresses. They are pretty rough to sleep on., but it was still worth it.

This house is beautiful, spacious, and has everything that you need for a perfect stay. The location is just a few steps to the water, and having security at the gate always makes you feel safe! It is three stories, so the elevator was great for my husband, who couldn’t walk the stairs. Enjoyed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at destiny by the sea. The home was more than what we could’ve ever imagined. Beautifully decorated and amazing location. Beach access is right outside of your front steps. This was the best part of the whole stay. We would wake up in the morning and just walk right outside directly onto a private beach. I highly recommend this for a large group or family.

Awesome home! Great location next to beach access. Compass was easy to work with and attentive to concerns. Homeowners association is a little over the top with several rules. We had one kid who lost a $0.25 wristband in the ocean and were charged $25.00 for at the conclusion, which I though was excessive but overall a great experience!

We had an excellent vacation, break, from the pandemic. The beaches are beautiful. The kids loved it!

The house was perfect for our group of ten. Our kids all loved the bunk bed room. The elevator was a game changer for my father in navigating the house. It was literally steps away to beach access to the neighborhood’s private beach. We all agreed that we would definitely stay there again.

Overall this property was great. You can't beat the location being located in an upscale gated community, across the street from the beach (with a nice view) and right around the corner from the pool. While I rated the property 5 stars there are still a few things that could be done to tip the scales even further.....such as stocking the kitchen better (cutting boards, tupperware, kitchen towels, acrylic/kid friendly glasses were all lacking), providing beach towels / chairs / games would have been helpful rather than having to bring our own and the pull out couch in the basement was not comfortable (according to my kids!). In regards to the rental company, we really liked the app they used to provide information about the property. However, it would be nice if they reached out to notify groups when the property was available rather than asking groups to call to confirm, especially when it took 15-20 minutes to get through every time we called. The rental company also needs to ensure the house is stocked with enough bracelets (required for to access the beach and pool) to accommodate the max occupancy of the house or at least the number of people in the rental party. Again, this property has a lot to like - very nicely decorated, great location, views from the spacious decks, plenty of space, etc. and I would definitely recommend!
