Great views & Nice accommodation

Nice stay with a great view. Late check in was simple. This unit was clean & overlooked the ocean & pool. The Sand Bar made days at the beach easy to enjoy & the service there was great. The beach chair service was great but the chairs were in poor condition. We didn’t realize that pickle ball equipment & extra toilet paper. Etc were available at the compass office. Would have appreciated if an adequate amount of paper products, soap etc were provided initially as very limited for the length of stay and number of adults. Overall a little more of a commercial area than we expected but a nice location to get to know the area on our first trip to Destin.

Perfect Christmas Holiday

Our time at this beachfront condo was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking ocean views and a clean, well furnished condo.The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the sand, allowing us to enjoy morning strolls along the shore and peaceful evenings listening to the waves. The balcony was our favorite spot, offering panoramic views of the ocean and a perfect place to enjoy a drink or meal.The check-in and check-out was easy.We cannot wait to return for another stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious beach vacation!

Perfect Destin landing!

We stayed at this condo in May 2024. It was absolutely beautiful, clean and more than we expected. The location could not have been better, loved sitting on the balcony with the view overlooking the beautiful Emerald Coastline of the Gulf of Mexico and the complexes pool area. We had 4 adults and it worked out perfectly for us. Every room and detail was high end. We all were more than pleased with everything about this condo!!!

Great experience

Excellent experience. Beautiful condo, great view and great communications from property Management. One minor issue with a drain and it was fixed right away and handled very quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

It’s the spot from now on…..

Fix that box for after hour checkin .. gotta be a easier way ISNT CHECKOUT AT 10;00 So why wouldn’t the door code work after 9:00am I went to get the car for my 80 year old mother with DEMENTIA got back to room code would not work Thank goodness my teenager didn't go with me 😠😡

Only problem I had as renter was there was scuff marks on dining room wall and crayon marking on entrance wall to master bedroom. I call and spoke to Hanna who stated she would note on reservation concerning the scuff marks and markings. Had a pleasant stay

Outdated and in need of care.

Positives: beautiful view, great pool, close to attractions. Negatives: there was a maintenance man working on the whirlpool tub in our condo when we entered and we were not warned of this so it was a surprise to see his legs sticking out from under the tub when we entered. Toilet in master bath ran incessantly, dishwasher was terrible, it just moved the food around, didn't clean so we ended up doing all dished by hand, wifi was out a lot. Fitness center was large, but very outdated and well used. Overall the property looks dated and in need of a facelift and TLC.

Lovely condo!

Property was great and we will be back again. The only problem was our condo was not ready until 6 20 pm and we had to wait 45 minutes for final cleaning. A condo should be ready when you arrive. Otherwise it was great!

We had an excellent time in Destin. The condo was awesome. Very clean and the management company was very attentive and responded quickly to any needs. The water and sand are like no other beach I have ever been to in the U.S. The water was so clear and the sand is just beautiful. Will definitely be back!! Guests of St. Croix, #1104.

Perfection!!

The condo was prettier than it looked online. Very roomy with beautiful views. The management was fantastic. The resort was beautiful and very secure and maintained. Conveniently located to anything you need. Very family oriented place to vacation!! I would suggest a few things that the owner could consider for convenience. Hooks or towel bars added to the bathrooms for beach towels. An exhaust fan in the master bath shower, a safety bar and more nonslip grips on the shower floor. Also, for families with infant children maybe a pack-n-play and a high chair for those that fly in to Destin. I'm not complaining by any means. We loved our vacation and are looking forward to going back next year!!
