Our host was excellent to deal with, any minor problems were taken care immediately. First snow accumulation on the Destin beach in 50 years and we were able to make a snowman on the beach. Great memories!!

Overall great place to stay. They have most everything you need. The floor was a little sandy still upon arrival but this may just come with the territory of being on the beach. Fast response in everything I asked. Overall would recommend and stay again!

Everything was perfect & clean. The condo had everything you need. All we had to go was bring our breakfast food. The balcony was 30 ft long we all was able to be outside. The view of the ocean was amazing as well.

The view from the condo is gorgeous. It looks like a picture. The place is neat and clean. We rented the same place last year, and we noticed that they upgraded the dining room furniture and bought new carpet. The old carpet was worn, so I am glad they replaced it. We will stay again next year!

Condo was very clean and the location is perfect! Beds were comfy and the view was amazing. After staying at several different condos through the years, this by far was our favorite! We will definitely be back next year!!

This location is perfect! Great beach access. Heated pool. Comfortable unit with plenty of room to host family. This was the grandparents first time meeting their 9-month old granddaughter. Everyone had a wonderful time!

The elevator was broken so they were down to elevator which made a horrific time. My husband, who is an epileptic had to climb 9 fights of stairs to get to our room numerous times. The condo was nice but do to the elevator situation what should of been a relaxing vacation turned into a very stressful vacation.

This place was amazing. Whatever you needed it was supplied there for you. Amazing condo. Amazing view. Amazing location to everything. This is a nice property with beautiful view! If you have any needs or run into any problems, the manager is on top of it immediately! She is the very best! Over all the condo is very nice. Our only real complaint is the mattresses have no support! If you need a firmer mattress, this is not the condo for you.

Have been to Destin several times. This was the worst property we stayed at, with the exception of the ocean view, which we got in the past anyway. I would rather spend a few hundred dollars more to upgrade to something better. Bathrooms were micro; almost got stuck in the elevator (another person did and had to call for help); there was no internet; there was a big wet spot on our ceiling; and, the floors were dirty, leaving the bottom of your feet black. Definitely not worth the money. I would recommend staying away from BREAKER S EAST altogether. It's a very old building with little maintenance.

The unit far exceeded our expectations! We had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. On the warm and sunny days the beach kept us busy and the cooler rainy days we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a coffee and a book. Highly recommend staying here if you get the opportunity! We will be back
