Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach. Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.
