Our family had an amazing time at this house! We had four adults and 2 children. The only minor complaint is that the listing said one of the rooms had 2 Twin Beds and 1 King Bed - this is what my husband and I planned on for ourselves and the kids. However, I think it meant that the 2 Twin Beds could be pushed together to make 1 King Bed. Our kids are young so we didn’t want them sleeping on a different level than us, but we made it work. Other than that, everything was great!!!

The house was perfect for everything we needed. The location was great for parking our boat in the slip, the house and room layouts worked well for us. The commercial ice maker availability was a game changer. While the house served our needs, there is some things that should be worked on in a cosmetic perspective. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. Would stay here again.

Everything was good- house was clean. Lower level bathroom slightly small and room at lower level slightly small if to be used by more people. Some amenities like laundry detergent could have been supplied in a larger quantity- only 1 pack was given. However, overwhelmingly was a good stay

Had an amazing week!! Splurged on paying to heat the pool and was well worth it!! We were able to park our boat at the home and the ice machine was so convenient for packing our fish box and coolers!! Short walk to the beach but we only went once since we had the boat. Great privacy with split bedroom location. Cant wait to come back!!

I would stay here again! I gave a 4 star because our beach card didnt work and didnt get a new one till the last day. We called the number to get into the beach and he gave us a hard time. If i could give it a 4.75 star i would. It also comes with an ice maker and it came in handy a lot! There was also no full length mirrors and that was frustrating.

Amazing Property!

Kitchen was very spacious, loved having a commercial grade ice machine! Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. Location was beautiful and loved having a pool on property.Just need a few more places to sit on the decks:)

Perfect location

We needed a boat dock area for our jet skis, and it was the perfect area. The house was beautiful. I came upon the entrance and the plants were growing so beautifully flowers were blooming. That was my favorite had space for everybody. The only issues we came across was lack of kitchen items or to many mismatched had several blenders but only one matched didn’t provide many trash bags for a week stay and communication was hit miss on both parties end. I went out bought dish pods as by first night I needed run it but non were provided. We loved the pool and hot tub we spent most our time there if not at the beach that was Just a couple blocks from the house!

Family Vacation

I thought this property was great overall! The ice machine and pool were wonderful, and the walk to the beach was minimal. However, there were a few things that were not perfect. Most of the lights outside did not work, the hot tub heater did not appear to work, and the keycard to enter the beach access did not work. They brought a second keycard, and that did not work either. It would have been better to be given the code for the beach access. One other issue was that the master bathroom area did not have an actual door that separates the master bath from the bedroom. There was a sliding louvre door creating a lack of privacy. Otherwise, my family really enjoyed the space, and we would stay here again!

Amazing

A Piece of Mine is absolutely the best! Location is excellent everything you could possible want is within a 5 mile radius. The private beach is a walk down the block, you practically have white sand beach and clear water to yourself. Lots of restaurants, we did a A &Js boat dolphin tour, rode right by our canal, just such a wonderful escape.

Jules bachelorette party weekend !

I thought the house is in a great location . Needs a little updating but all in all; we had a great time. Need to get some blankets for the pull out couch, only had a sheet to cover, keurig needs replaced as it seems to leak. Toilet in the one upstairs bathroom didn’t seem to flush well. Maybe on your site say you are .5 miles from a Publix and Liquor store so people know.

Great location

Brought our boat and stayed on the water the entire trip. Kids fished from the dock and swam in the pool. Grilled out a few nights and also took the boat to the Harborwalk to dinner. Crab island only a 20mins boat ride from the dock. Enjoyed our stay! Loved the commercial grade ice maker also.

Relaxing vacation home

Clean and relaxing home. We are a family with teenagers so it was nice for each of us to have our own spaces and bathrooms. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and relaxing in the pool and hot tub. This home is in a great location and is close to many restaurants and stores. The nearby private beach was a lovely feature as well.

Great property!

Our family, including three teenage boys, loved our stay. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the location and quick walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were a favorite place to relax while one son fished from the doc. We highly recommend this property and are hoping it’s available on our next trip to Destin.

Great vacation home! Clean, spacious home We had everything we needed. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi especially after golf. Great neighborhood to walk, short walk to private beach. Highly recommend!

Great week long vacation

Went with three couples to relax and do some fishing. The boat dock was great. The pool was small but adequate and comfortable. A couple minor issues came up with the house (broken coffee maker & handle on kitchen sink), but the issues were fixed very quickly since communication with property management was very easy with quick responses.
